We had an excellent fresh seafood lunch at this classic seafood restaurant on the causeway to the beach. She crab soup was special.

I've only been to Channel Marker once because to me it's luxury eating. I'm on a budget but would definitely consider visiting again for special occasions. The service was good, the food was great and the views were amazing! My favorite restaurants are those that are visually appetizing as well as appetizing to my pallet. This place definitely satisfies both.

Visited the aquarium on Emerald Isle and wanted to experience some local seafood. We were very disappointed in this restaurant. Inattentive staff, waited a long time to have waters refilled and they didn't bring tartar sauce with the fish and it took a long time for it to come when we asked. Paid $18 for 2 small pieces of flounder... More

There is a reason the Channel Marker has been in business for so long. The food's great, the staff is fabulous and, the view is spectacular. Overall, they are better than average. I went this particular time because relatives who we took last summer loved it so much they asked to go back again this year.

Dinner was good but nothing especially noteworthy. Staff acceptable but again not noteworthy. Probably would not return

I thought the food was better three years ago, the service wasn't that great and the food wasn't either. I won't be going back there again.

My friend and I stopped here on our way out of Atlantic Beach for lunch. We wanted a place by the water for seafood and the restaurant we had chosen wasn't open for lunch. As we walked in it was promising, great location, clean and spacious with a friendly and welcoming young staff. We were seated right away and a... More

Went for a romantic dinner on the water. Food was excellent. Although our server was horrible. He only came to our table to drop off the food and wasn't back until we waved him down for the check. If the food didn't taste so good I would have never went back.
