I've been to this restaurant in 3 different locations, now back in The Shops on Hwy 42, and have never had service that wasn't downright rude, from the hostess to the waitstaff. I kept thinking they would improve with a new incarnation. The food is only OK - often too salty - and does not justify the prices.

Just around the corner from antique, second hand shops and down home eating places sits Timothy's. The restaurant is in a small strip of stores and offices but it is truly worth finding. The decor, the service and especially the food are great. After a day of browsing we made a reservation and went will a little apprehension, no need to... More

Just had dinner at this most wonderful restaurant in Asheboro,North Carolina while attending the Highpoint Furniture Market Although out of the way, the chef and this very talented owner, wife and mother served up the most savory foods and delectable desserts that would rival "top chef". Everything was cooked to perfection and with great love. This restaurant rivals restaurants in the... More

Excellent food. Great location. Bring your credit card because it's not cheap but, you definitely get the quality of dining you pay for. Lunch is semi-affordable.

This restaurant is owned and operated by Tim and he's an excellent chef. A great place for business meeting or just dinner with friend. Always courteous and food always top drawer.

Timothy's is without question, Asheboro's finest dining experience in terms of the delicious, mouth watering, delectable food. However, one of my worst service experiences in a restaurant. I had no reservation, god forbid, even though I had called in advance and was assured that this was not an issue. I was treated like a second class citizen by the waitstaff.... More

Timothy's is a gem and its cuisine could compete with any metropolitan area. We are at Tims for all of our special occasions and anytime we want a nice lunch. The shrimp appetizer should not be missed! The fillet is excellent as well as the Tilapia. Save room for homemade desserts and if the dried cherry pecan pie is available... More

Nice place to eat. Willing to customize a meal due to food allergies and intolerances like Celiacs disease. We have eaten here a couple times.

I came in from out of town and met a group of about 18 others. The service for such a large group was outstanding but the food was without a doubt the very best part of the evening. We had 5 courses and each item was flawless. Without a doubt we will be back when we take the kids to... More

I have eaten at several comparable resturants around NC. What I found exceptional at Timothy's was their attention to detail and presentation. The steak was cooked to my specifications, the appetizers and deserts were far above my expectation. I personally drive from Statesville NC to Asheboro for a great meal. Keep up the good work Timothy!
