The Marinara pizza is simple and perfect. Service was attentive and the wine choice was plentiful. Soft romantic atmosphere with nice booths. I am looking forward to going back.

Pomodoro's was listed in an Asheville dining guide and rated highly. Since it was close to the B&B where we were staying, we decided to try it. We're very glad we did. From the moment we were seated, our server was very attentive and friendly. She clearly knew the menu and special offerings quite well, and could describe dishes and... More

Food and atmosphere were very good and our waiter was excellent. Food was served fast and the adult sandwiches were very good and our girls loved the kids meals.

The atmosphere and all was great. However it seems quality and quantity has suffered. Ex. Shrimp Alfredo only had three pieces of shrimp. Not worth the price paid

After a less than satisfactory dining experience the night before, we tried this restaurant. It was a cold and rainy evening and we were hungry. We were greeted at the door and promptly seated even though we had no reservations and this was Easter Saturday. Mike was our server. He provided detailed information on the specials and answered all of... More

A party of five of us visited on a Tuesday night - the $10 pasta special night. It took forever for us to get our drinks - 3 glasses of wine and 2 mixed drinks. We made sure to order when the drinks finally arrived since by then we understood our waiter was slow. He asked us if we wanted... More

We've been patrons of Pomodoros for years and have always enjoyed their food. The menu had changed a bit since our previous visit and did not disappoint. Their eggplant was the best I have ever had! Sort of a modern day twist on an old favorite which doesn't overwhelm the palate with cheese & sauce but explodes with fresh flavors.... More

This restaurant is a great value with a very extensive menu. The butternut squash is to die for and the Caesar salad was fantastic.

This lunch was really great. I asked the waitress for recommendations and had Spaghetti Bolognese and Garbanzo & Vegetable Minnestrone soup. Both were yummy! The waitress, Sarah, was very attentive and friendly. I think this restaurant has improved a lot since my last visit when it was just okay.

We visited twice in 2 days; once for lunch and once for dinner. For dinner, I had the Melitzanes Papoutsakia - a unique eggplant-based dish with artichokes, sundried tomatoes, portabellos, Kalamata olives, feta, pomodoro sauce and fried leeks. Beautifully presented and delicious. My wife had the lamb chops which were tasty. Service was ok, We'll be returning.
