Excellent fish platter

My wife and children enjoy the fish platter with onion rings. I like the shrimp. Excellent food, consistent quality and very quick.

This is the place we want to go to when my wife and I visit our daughters family in Apex. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. Prices are quite reasonable and the atmosphere is relaxed, making for nice experience.

From the outside it looks ok. Inside its cute and the food is very good. It's fried but lightly and they have many choices.

Great food every time! The fish is always fresh and the service is welcoming. You won't be disappointed. I get the flounder or cod. Great paired with coleslaw and corn. Lots of other selections. You gotta try the homemade tartar sauce and homemade slaw. The best!

A bad front person can really ruin a dining experience. The food was not bad, but the young man at the counter, who continually massaged his face, hair, nose and eyes, was a real turn off. He also had an aloof disagreeable manner. It might be a long time before I return. The business owner/manager needs to do a better job... More

Seafood is good but way overpriced. One can spend $20 on just yourself. Then you get paper plates and plastic silverware. Place used to be a Hardee's Restaurant. Everything is self service after you place your order at the counter and then wait a long time to get it.

We went to Skippers after reading some reviews and really enjoyed it. We can not count the number of times we have driven by it without a thought. We are glad that we did go. It was good food at a very reasonable price. The was a nice small place inside to eat. We will be back!
