Good food, a little pricey, but nice for date night! The patio is our favorite, and the staff is great. Excellent piano player inside, and not toooo loud.

With a very active bar and a nice menu Peak City Grill looks like a great place to meet up with a crowd. I had the prime rib special (yum) and my wife had the filet both cooked as requested and excellent. The atmosphere is a bit noisy but there is also the outside seating area. The blue cheese salad... Friday night six couples and a few cold ones. Piano player taking request including Billy Joel. Fun time. Nice atmosphere, great vibe. It's a family place so expect kids but not many as the menu is geared towards adults. Moved to the outdoor terrace to sit down and enjoy some appetizers. The app special was calamari, but the crew seemed... More

Went here with family and was impressed. The food was excellent with good service and cool ambiance. I had the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection, the rest of my family's meals were excellent as well. The prices are a little high, especially since everything is served ala carte. I had a little trouble finding a parking spot. Overall... More

Great ambiance. Nice, but small, outdoor area. The food is great. Tastes fresh. The bf and I go about once every few months. My family went for thanksgiving and the buffet was delicious. Located in historic apex. Lovely

The atmosphere is great, the owners and staff are very attentive, and the food is good. The menu has something for everyone but is held to the chef's creative expertise. Dining here is a dining experience. Reservations recommended but not required. "Peak City" seems to act as the anchor for the historic district, particularly at night. It has a long... More

Ever since we first dined at Peak City three years ago it has become my favorite restaurant in the Triangle. It is difficult not to get the Peak City "bleu" chips as a starter every time we go, but some of the other appetizers are also very special (shrimp hushpuppies, fried green tomatoes, Carolina poutine). I am very fond of... More

My family has gone back there several times just because we did not want to travel out of Apex for a meal and we keep asking ourselves whey we do that because we are always disappointed. My friend had a nightmare of a New Years Eve dinner there but that is her story to tell. The owner came around to... More

Great food! A local favorite in Apex, been 6+ times and enjoy the variety of the menu but last 2 times I ordered the Cobia. It was perfect! Nice bar, a bit loud.
