The Grill as always delivered fresh, perfectly executed dishes in good time and with excellent service. As it was a Saturday, the place was packed but I did book ahead online. Their beef medallions were scrumptious as usual and the special white chocolate cranberry bread pudding was fabulous. I don't think I've ever had anything that was not great. We... More

I have been to The Peak City Grill numerous times and every time I left, it had me wanting to come back. This is a wonderful, little gem in the heart of iconic, downtown Apex. One thing I REALLY like about the Peak City Grill is the interior. It has that great ambiance of dark wood, warm lights, live piano... More

I had the Shrimp and grits, the flavor was definitely there, but was pretty soupy. My friends had the soup special of the day and they both found what seemed to be onion skins with both bowls, The service was good and a very cool atmosphere. Love the old building, reminds me of home (New England).

This is a great little restaurant with a delicious menu that you don't find in everyday dining. Scallops, broccolini, and risotto were tasty, as were the short ribs. I look forward to trying other menu items. Service (Joshua) was prompt and courteous. Prices a bit more than everyday dining, but it is a treat more than everyday meal!!! I will... More

I recently dined at Peak City Grill for the first time .... and then went a second time in the same week! First time sat at the bar, very attentive and friendly bat tender. Nice staff, pleasant atmosphere, but quiet (it was Monday). Enjoyed the Shrimp Hush Puppies and Scallops very much! Second time we lunched outside and again a... More

Food was tasty but overpriced. Portions were small. Went home hungry. Waitress service was slow. Ordered the salmon, burger and eggplant rollatini.

Good food, a little pricey, but nice for date night! The patio is our favorite, and the staff is great. Excellent piano player inside, and not toooo loud.

With a very active bar and a nice menu Peak City Grill looks like a great place to meet up with a crowd. I had the prime rib special (yum) and my wife had the filet both cooked as requested and excellent. The atmosphere is a bit noisy but there is also the outside seating area. The blue cheese salad...
