Visited Anna's Pizzeria and sat at a table outside. Ordered a large "works" pizza and a couple of beers. Found the pizza a bit unusual, not like NY-style or any other pizza we've had. Cannot say that made it better, though, in fact we did not really enjoy it. The crust is rather like saltine cracker consistency and taste, and... More

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My husband and I ordered take out from here and the package was not closed securely causing garlic butter sauce to leak all over my husbands clothes, all over my brand new suede boots that I received as a christmas gift and all over our car! It took the manager 2 days to call me back.... More

Nice friendly atmosphere, good food, nice place to people-watch. Service can be slow on busy nights.

The atmosphere is wonderful, set at the corner of eclectic old downtown Apex. Inside, you are warmly greeted by enthusiastic servers; in fact, I've become like a family member here. The food is very good, not what you'd expect from a place that isn't "fancy". They don't do white tablecloths here. What they do do is provide good food, and... More

I have eaten at this one in Apex, but also the one in Fuquay, several times and I find my experiences to be the exact same. First, I order the pasta with red clam sauce and specifically request NO CHEESE, which I tell the server to make sure the kitchen sees. Unfortunately, at both locations they continually screw this up?... More

Anna's consistently delivers great pizza and friendly service. I always order the Chicken Marsala pizza. The dining area is small, and is crowded at peak times, so I wouldn't recommend it for an intimate dinner where you linger with friends... too loud for me. But I always enjoy the pizza, and I like that we know many servers, etc. by... More

Good pizza with many unusual choices, but not good enough to justify paying over 20 bucks for a large pizza, some over 25. Nice atmosphere in quaint downtown Apex, street parking can be a challenge sometimes. Nice place to walk around on a nice day. There is nothing really wrong with this place, but there are a couple of places... More

Anna's is a great find in this area of so many North Eastern transplants. Anna's was a Long Island, NY pizzeria that now has locations in Apex and Fuquay. The restaurant itself is modest and usually crowded. The food is reliably good and the menu offers a full range of options...salads and apps, sandwiches and entrees, desserts and, of course,...
