Went to the Almera twice during our two week stay, the food and service were perfect - I hope to visit the new premises they find for 2014

Every time we visit bites, we eat at the Almera. Food and service all excellent. We only managed to eat there once this time due to unexpected closure. Sad to say, they are now closed completely. Owner of the building has put it up for sale. Thank you Almera for all the wonderful times we ate at your restaurant. good... More

This is still the best place to eat in Bitez. It has class with lovel crockery and presentation and the food is lovely. I had sea bass and it was beautifully boned and presented and huuby had liver and onions (twice!) and our friend had mushroom caserole (twice!) Ali is a lovely guy and not pussy. Sad to reflect that... More

My boyfriend and I returned to Bitez this year for our two week holiday. After having great meals last year in Almera, we returned again, and we were not disappointed. Food, atmosphere and overall service is fabulous and second to none. Always given a free meze to start and also fruit at the end of your meal. Almera is a... More

This was the only restaurant on the front that do not bother you as you are walking by, because of that we decided to have a night there. The restaurant is only small and is usually full most nights, another good sign. The food was excellent, very well cooked and you were not rushed. The evening was rounded with several... More

We returned to two establishments more than once during our visit and this was one of them. Extremely professional and polite staff, great food and excellent atmosphere. Highly recommended.

My husband and I used the sunbeds to this restaurant one day and had a lovely seafood lunch. We then returned one evening and had one of the best meals we had in bitez. We were lucky to get seated straight away but as this is a small, cosy restaurant booking is probably a good idea. This is not a... More
