Lovely atmosphere, excellent service and a charming view and lovely live music, but the food..not amused at all. The wine was great, but the salmon carpaccio was more like a salad, and the seafood salad although it was full of octopus, calamari and prawn--they were a little bit tough and not easy to chew. Anyway, I would still say it's... More

We are working in Bodrum for a few months, so for Christmas we wanted to do something special. We agreed on a restaurant in Bar Street, but were fortunately adviced otherwise by a Turkish colleague. He said, you MUST go to Kafedaki, and so we did. A 25 Lira taxi ride up the mountain, but don't cheat yourself for this... More

We (mum and daughter ) were, very kindly, transported there from our hotel. We enjoyed a fab meal on the balcony overlooking two bays with a lovely sunset. The staff looked after us and we were treated so well. We couldn't rate this highly enough.

high up the mountain and over looking Gumbet and the bays, you can see as far as Kos, Black Island etc. Take in the views whilst enjoying delicious fresh food. Fantastic location, great food and friendly staff

Amazing views of a city, delicious reasonably priced meals, impeccable service, friendly stuff, nice ambiance, live music -jazz mostly (in the evening). It is not a touristy place. There are more locals than tourists which is a sign of a good restaurant. Good wine.

Excellent food, impeccable service! Book early if you want a table with an uninterrupted view,as very popular especially with the Turkish people! If you want to feel 'special' the manager and staff will certainly make you fee that! We always look forward to an evening here and never have been let down!

The restaurant is located a bit off the beaten track but really worth going the extra mile. The view is amazing and the light breeze in the evening is great in the hot summer night. The food is Turkish style but with an extra twist. There is also a nice wine cellar to chose wine from. We shared a plate... More

A great view from this restaurant, particularly at sunset. Received a warm welcome from the owner and had a lovely meal, which was reasonably priced.

Incredible food, view and service at a very reasonable price. Our hotel recommended we go and delighted we did. Should definitely be 1st or 2nd on trip advisor. The very best in our opinion.

This restaurant is a bit out of the way, so when we heard that the restaurant would pick us up and return us to our hotel we felt it was worth a try - and what a good decision that proved to be. The location overlooking Gumbet and Bodrum bays is beautiful - and watching the sunset, followed by the... More
