Disappointing

My group has scheduled a food trip in Maginhawa Street and I checked out the reviews for this restaurant. It has 4 stars so we decided to include this. Sites says it opens at 10am-10pm on Sunday. We went there around 11:30 but the place was still closed. The lone personnel said that they... read more

Went to Maginhawa for the first time and chose to eat in Gayuma ni Maria. I expected for a weirder dining experience which makes it differently unique, since it carry's its unique resto name, but didn't meet my expectation for its weird unique setting. However, despite its non-weirder expectation, THE FOOD WAS SURPRISINGLY GREAT AT A REASONABLE PRICE!

Due to good reviews that we heard from our classmates, my friends and I gave this place a try. Upon entering the place, we were welcomed by an eerie ambiance: the e lighting was really bad, the decors on the walls looked crappy, not to mention the strange scent that is reminiscient of old, ancestral houses. Aaaand the worst part... More

The place is kinda dark and their choice of music does not give justice to the restaurant image. Aircon is not cool. From the menu, i ordered Mi Amore (perfect union of meaty italian tomato and spaghetti) but it's not spaghetti that was served but penne pasta).

My girlfriend and I had a dinner in this very Filipino themed restaurant. I love the place, the ambiance and the Menu- i was impressed with how the owners creative ideas in bringing a different level of dining experience. My favorite is the French Kiss, Nilasing sa Pag-ibig and many more in the menu that we tried. I am so... More

Went there just about after a meeting in Cubao, Quezon City. Location was very accessible, it is on the main road and can be easily seen. Food was superb. servings were quite generous. The chicken was great. Tried the pork dish as well (they said it was the bestseller) quite satisfied. Had a cake for dessert. Ambience is ok, but... More

The supposedly Italian spaghetti is toooo sweet and quite expensive for a very little serving. :( Sorry to say but for me the dish is comparable with Jollibee spag. (which I'm sure that it's Pinoy style spag).

Gayuma ni Maria sucks! Place is dirty and stinky! Overpriced food items! Highly stylized for nothing. Aircon not enough to cool the place and no electric fans available!!! Never again! Wag magpagayuma sa Gayuma ni Maria!

This is a quirky restaurant along Maginhawa street on Sikatuna Village. The decor is supposed to be girly but ended up looking pretty dingy. I was looking forward to sampling a lot of items on the menu but according to the waitress, for dessert "sero" (zero), meaning there wasn't anything on the menu that was available. I tried the spicy... More
