Family Buffet Lunch at Alba Restorante Español

Our staycation in Quezon City started off with a big bang of a lunch buffet at Alba. This is an old school Spanish restaurant serving buffet style with ala carte options. My wife and I opted for the lunch buffet. The spread was modest but filled with quality viands such as cochinillo, lengua, and... read more

Went to the Alba Restaurante Espanol with a business group about 30 people. It was buffet style which appears to be their standard set up. I was on a business trip and our host selected the restaurant. The place was clean and the tables were set up in rows, about 15 people per row of tables. The atmosphere had a... More

You know quality at its best when you visit any branch and the food and service is consistently excellent - like Albas. It's not as wide and big as its newer MOA branch but it's more intimate. And the glass windows make you feel you're inside a church. The waitstaff are attentive and will serve you water (and refill) them... More

Always my first choice of dinner place in the Morato area, Nice ambience , good food, relatively good priced buffet. Only lacking is a good coffee that should be included with the buffet.

I love buffets. Not because I want to stuff myself , well a little bit, but because of the variety they offer. Alba didn't fail in this aspect, they even have two types of paella (only one for lunch buffet though). Love the lengua and suckling pig. Almost everything is yummy but alas, they're just too rich and flavorful for... More

This is the best Spanish restaurant for me. Great paella and lengua as well as their roast pork. Tapas are a must. Perfect place for catching up with the fambam. Service are also very commendable.

Even though it's an old establishment, it feels like new to me when I stepped inside. The homey feeling is a plus. We only tried the Paella that time. The taste is good, that you want to go back if you'll crave for paella again. The trio sang 2 songs while we were eating.

Alba's doesn't serve the best Spanish food out there but it does well enough and is usually reliable. Key dishes are gamba al ajillo and paella negra. Prices are on the high side but is typical of Spanish restos.

Love their buffet. The cochinillo is awesome I would prefer more desserts and appetizer. Price is so-so. Not cheap but too expensive
