Food versus Noise

My friends and I went there just this week. If not for the food, I would not come back. It was lunch, so many people were there and voices of people talking can be heard aloud. I'd rather stay in their holding room at the back but because summer is here, I'd rather stay inside and endure the noise... read more

We visited this restaurant last March 22, 2015. Been hearing about good find restaurants in Maginhawa couple of years ago and this is one of the places you should check out. Pino's menu sets an edge to other Filipino restaurants. As for starters we ordered Gambas in aligue which is served with soft bread ( I just don't know what... More

I know this restaurant pretty well having eaten here a few times. It is usually full on Fridays and Saturdays with students and yuppies. On weekdays and late at night, parking is usually not a problem. You can choose from two menus as the same folks run Pipino upstairs. For the two times we dropped by, we ate light and... More

Not good with its price. Patience!... Serving was one at a time.. Waiting for the food we have ordered to come, all at the same time.. We tried karekareng Bagnet and one dish that I couldn't recall the name.. Because it was served after my companion had finished his karekare.. A little bit cozy but loud.. Yes, Very artsy!.. And... Good food. Excellent Oysters. It's a resto bar but the food is good if you want to have brunch. The restroom is clean, but the place still has room for improvements (especially the toilets).

We just had dinner in this resto last week we were glad that we were able to find a parking slot and a table for us easily. We ordered two types of dishes for each of us and were really satisfied with the taste of the food and the service. I just hope that this resto will expand to accomodate... More

Everything was great except for the food itself. The ambience was beautiful and the service was prompt. The iced tea was refreshing, unlike the so-called "home-brewed tea" that other restaurants claim. The food wasn't very tasty, and there was just too much mushroom in both main dishes that we ordered. The presentation/plating was great. The entire experience wasn't bad at... More

Located in the strip of Maginhawa. This little restaurant served very good food at an affordable prices. Quality of service is pretty standard nothing outstanding. The nachos are a delight and bagnets too.

My partner and I was scouting for a good place to eat at maginhawa and chose Pino. We went there on a Sunday at around 7:30 which is 30mean away from closing time. Still we were welcomed which is a plus. The hardest part of dining at a place for a first is choosing what to order. Of course, I... More

The star ingredient in this restaurant is bagnet. For Ilocano's though, the way they prepare bagnet would not exactly qualify. It's more like litson kawali. Your blood pressure and cholesterol is sure to shoot up after the meal. Haha. Try their Bagnet Tofu tower and Bagnet kare-kare. The main downside of this restaurany is it's air conditioning. By all means... More
