Uncleaned plates and utensils (SM North Edsa - the block)

I came here with my boyfriend on Sunday to have lunch. There were few people waiting in line (it was a weekend so there are a lot of people eating at that time). After a couple of minutes we were seated. So we were asked to wait for 10-15 minutes. The foods as always taste good. However, what... read more

My dad and his brothers like going to Max's in Ermita (Orosa) because not only they can enjoy food but can also sing on stage. They brought me here a few times and we even celebrated my niece's 18th birthday here and I would say we enjoyed it (the bill was quite expensive though - more than Php6000 considering it... More

This should be one of their newer branches because this huge mall just recently opened. I have not been to any Max's Restaurant in years so this was a sort of nostalgic homecoming for me. The interior seemed to be different from what I remember. It was now more bright, airy, cooler and definitely more inviting. Aside from their signature... More

My mother turned 67 last September, and for a post-birthday celebration, she brought the entire family over to Max's Restaurant. Max's Restaurant has always been our go-to restaurant of choice whenever my grandmother goes with us. Lola is fond of their kare-kare, which is only one of the many Filipino dishes Max's Restaurant has to offer. I would often go... More

Hubby and I had our wedding anniversary lunch here Tiendesitas Branch...and I thought for a change i'll order the chicken barbecue. It was definitely a bad decision! It was like steamed chicken with barbecue sauce smothered all over it:( If not for the usually yummy dessert sampler and the attentive staff... it would've totally ruined the lunch date with hubby!!!

Today is the day my friends and I pledged never to dine at Max's anymore. First, we thought that a new, more fortified management would make improvements on the classic, landmark establishment. Second, we hoped that since Max's group had taken over Pancake House, it was in effect shoring up the combined years of restaurant services. We were dead wrong.... More

I love the chicken! Very soft and tasty. Service is fast and staff are making sure everything is fine while were eating. Deserves 5* rating!

Just visited the newly opened Max's in Araneta Coliseum for an early dinner with my husband. The place looks cleaner, brighter and spacious compared with the other branches we had dined in such as Alimall and Farmers. Customer service is very evident since one or two dining crew will automatically assist you as you enter the restaurant down to your... More

We ate here with friends and family on our first night in Quezon City and enjoyed it very much. Besides the fired chicken which is Max's signature dish, we also enjoyed some Philippine meals -- such as sisig, lumpia , Pancit and polvorone . Max's restaurants are pleasant, good for all occasions and serve excellent quality food from a varied... More
