Good ramen and satisfying bento meals

Disappointed with a previous ramen joint, I still on the hunt for a good ramen treat. When my wife and I saw Rai Rai Ken, there wasn't really anything catchy about it. We went there because we just couldn't think of where to eat. Rai Rai Ken is tucked inside a small space, walls decorated with... read more

I can't say for other outlets, now the one in Tagaytay is quite a joke ! I live in Tagaytay and sometimes I go there to have a ramen. At lunch time, I was the only customer. 5 waiters and waitresses were here. All very busy, reading magazines or wandering around... I had to call several times for one of... More

Best take on japanese maki. Love all the Maki here. I also recommend their ramen. The ambiance & aura is like japanese culture. I love the music & service. One of the few restaurants who offer real japanese rice on their menu. Love their restaurant characters.

their udons are good but i particularly liked their gyoza as it is not dry - i know it is japanese but it just reminds me of the dumplings i had in shanghai where there seems to be soup inside the gyoza. am really amazed how they do it.

The food at Rai - Ken was reasonably priced and the sushi dishes ranged from okay to very good. The only real dissapointment was that they do not serve Sake so we settled for beer.

Rai Rai Ken used to be one of my favorite Japanese restaurants, but unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated over the years. The ingredients have been replaced with more inferior substitutes, and the taste is not as good. I hope you can bring back the previous quality of Rai Rai Ken.

My husband really like to explore. He wanted to taste another exotic food. We landed on this Japanese restaurant. It was fairly good. The place is nice , prices reasonable.
