Fresh Seafood

If your really into the fresh catch of the day why not try out having your lunch or dinner at Seafood Market and restaurant at Ermita Manila, choose the live fresh seafood among the stalls and have it cook the way you like it, there's no other else fresh food that would come to this.

You get to "shop" for what you want with a shopping trolley - that was fun where everything looks fresh. You then weigh them to know a gauge of how much you have to pay - and they will cook it. I don't know if the crabs were just simply not fresh, or poorly done but they turned out mushy.... More

It is not luxury restaurant at all. But you will find vey fresh food here . Actually first you have take a trolley and buy your fresh sea foods as well as vegetables. Then order how you would like cooked ... Price is reasonable.

This used to be good. But there are other places. The competition is better and the food is fresher and cheaper. This place just feels old and tired.

This market/restaurant has fresh seafood and veggies out on ice and you walk thru and pick what you want then tell them how you want it prepared. A little pricey but we found the seafood fresh and prepared the way we asked. I see some of the reviews have found that the fish were not fresh. I understand that could... More

This is my second review of this restaurant. The first was based on cumulative experiences since about 2002. This one is based on my visit there today. Unfortunately standards have deteriorated to the extent I have to brand it a terrible place to eat.I checked the gills of every dead fish on display, they were all gray or brown. No... More

Went to the seafood market near Mall of Asia. Great place, we were there around 2:00 in the afternoon so not crowded. We pointed to a place by 2 people that ran to our cab soon as we got out. Place was great but next time will take a minute to walk around and see other seafood places. This is... More

I was there on Nov 30th 2013 ... way overpriced for the quality ... the squid was not fresh and they did not know how to cook it ... overcooked ... and what I mean by fresh, is out out of the ocean to the table on the same day ... Filipinos seem to to think seafood is fresh if... More
