An Amazing Variety of Cuisine for a Buffet Lunch

We just arrived from Los Angeles and a balikbayan couple was invited by a Manila Hotel privilege card member for a buffet lunch. We were a party of seven and we all met at Café Ilang Ilang that Saturday past noon. The traffic to Manila from Quezon City was quite difficult due to the Eco-Marathon... read more

From the time that you enter the lobby of the magnificent hotel you are taken by the ambiance. The flowers and displays in the lobby are very special. We arrived on a cruise and had toured the city and after seeing all the slums and homelessness we could not get over the opulence of this place. We decided to have... More

This one of my favourite hotel buffet breakfasts in Manila. I last dined here about 1 year ago and the buffet is still as good. The choices are numerous and include Filipino Indian Western and Japanese choices to name a few. This time when I requested mangoes I was provided with fresh cut mangos. These are not included in the... More

It's my post birthday celebration with my friend and we celebrated it here at Cafe Ilang-Ilang. The food I must say is really great! Wide array of international food choices. One cannot be able to try ll the dishes served in the buffet table because its too many. They even have a bricked oven if you opted to have a... More

I stayed in Manila hotel for a few nights and end up having breakfast and dinner here. The buffets are yummy! The selection of food for dinner buffet is pretty good--east to west. I love their Korean and Japanese buffets. Think bulgogi and sashimi. Their steak melts like butter. And the deserts, from Filipino sweets like bibingka, puto-bumbong, or ensaymada... More
