Honestly I just wanted to try and see what all the hype was about bcoz cmon its just chicken anyway...but was I surprised, it honestly was the best fried chicken ive ever tasted and its not just the chicken thats good, we also ordered... We dined at their Lucky Chinatown branch. I finally got to taste the famous fried chicken I heard so much about. It was good fried chicken. What it reminded me of is the fried chicken that I would've loved as a kid if it was available to me during my younger years. Like comfort fried chicken. I also liked the... More

I am a self-proclaimed chicken lover: I love everything chicken!!!! When my dad brought home a box of Sincerity's fried chicken, I was ecstatic! But when I had a bite, it just tastes quite similar to my mother's Chinese fried chicken. My boyfriend and I, together with our friends, decided to go to their resto in Binondo. The service was... My family went to this restaurant because of the reviews i read. We went before lunch around 11 am. We ordered their fried rice and chicken, of course. They served us the food items one by one at 10 to 15 minutes interval! They completed it at around 12nn.! It would be ok if the food lived up to the... More

We went on a food trip to Binondo and Sincerity Cafe was our last stop... We want to save the best for last. They were full on a Saturday noon, but they will find ways to give you a seat. Our group was ushered to a long table occupied by a couple, and the couple seemed a little inconvenienced so... More

Fried chicken was moist and tasty, but the portion was small. Their house fried rice is average but I enjoyed the freshness of the garlic polonchay. Overall, I don't understand why this resto was popularized by their fried chicken. :) I saw the duck misua soup was famous, but I did not try. Price was reasonable and that was the... More

On our last Chinatown food trip, this was where we had lunch. The restaurant is famous for its Chinese-style fried chicken, pancit canton, oyster cake, and a many others. They also offer pre-set meals which consist of a variety of dishes so you will be able to sample their different specialties in one seating. Already a established institution for decades,... More

I was looking for an authentic chinese food in Manila and I my cousin has recommended this one. OMG this is really worth a try! The fresh lumpia and their rellenong hipon is to die for! The sincerity fried rice is a meal in itself. Their service tea is a good appetizer in itself. Best of all, it is your... More

Crunchy and flavory fried chicken. Super enjoyed it! We also dined at their new location in Lucky Chinatown which is a better locatipn and more accessible than their other branch. Among the dishes we ordered (corn soup, chami, fresh lumpia, fried chicken and sweet and sour fillet) my ultimate fave are the fried chicken and fresh lumpia.

The best chinese style fried chicken I have ever tasted. Even if it is cold, the chicken is still tender and juicy. The taste goes inside the meat while the outer part of the chicken is crispy but not dry. It is best eaten with their fried rice...but make sure to order one whole chicken. Do not forget to try...
