Okay

The ala carte menu was good in terms of variation, reasonably priced too. The buffet though is not as extensive when it comes to variety. It looks "limited".

It's a medium size hotel restaurant and the buffet choices are not that many. But the food tastes good . We are frequent guests of this resto. The staff are polite and friendly . Very near CCP and Manila Bay Area. Love the ambiance in this restaurant!

I will never go back here again. First off, When I went to the Hotel, I was surprised that they changed the hotel into Hotel Jen. First impression of the new management was already off, the staff of the hotels were not very accommodating . Anyway, we were very hungry so we didnt mind it and just went directly to... More

considering this hotel is manage by the Shangri-la Group, i did expect something above average or at least average buffet restaurant but i was mistaken. it was below average when in terms of food selection and the quality of food. lets start with the salad... there were prepared salads and a d.i..y salad station. nothing extraordinary . appetizers... there were... The restaurant seems to be quite small for a four-star hotel; not ample parking space; but the lobby is roomy and I find the food savory. Spending it with my family made it more special.

This buffet (and the patronage) is a lot smaller than others such as Makati Shangri La, Manila Diamond and Sofitel Philippine Plaza but it was still quite acceptable for the relatively low price. Our group had Metrodeals vouchers which were honoured with a prior telephone call. I enjoyed the cold prawns ('shrimps') but the desserts (including delicious churros) were the... More

I was pleasantly surprised by this buffet. I bought a Metro Deal and didn't have high expectations. I would consider it excellent value for the price I paid and the staff were some of the most attentive I've experienced. I would rate the buffet 3.5 out of 5 but provided a tripadvisor 4 rating as a 3 average would be... More

My husband and I have gone here twice for their dinner buffet. There isn't anything too special with the buffet but instead of spending the same amount of money on some other restaurants, we opt to dine here because we want to relax after a day's work. The food taste good although there is just a limited selection to choose... More

Went here with my family for a dinner buffet. The food is nothing special and they do have a small selection of food for a buffet. If you decide to go here, just don't expect too much. They do have seafood here, all served cold as ice. I suggest you delve into the sweets. My daughter loved it.

When one considers the price of the lunch buffet (499++ in Philippine Pesos, roughly US$15 with all the taxes included), it is a VERY good deal. For the price, I did not expect salmon, mussels, churros, sole, baby back ribs and so much more. I detail the first of my 3 posts in my blog: http://theguywithablog.blogspot.com/2012/04/unexpectedly-value-packed-secret.html Just follow along the... More
