nothing special

Just average chinese food. we were here during the new year, and the place was not packed at all. food serving is a bit small too. but service is good. don't know about the prices since we were just invited by a relative to dine there. parking is hard because you have to park along kalaw st.

I went to eat here with my wifes family after a tiresome day looking for bathroom supplies for our house. So we went in this restaurant and ordered some ala carte ordinary Chinese dishes for 8 pax and also asked for house tea. We ordered dimsum for starters. Typically you`ll have to asks for 3 thing as condiment one is... More

You can choose from different menu which are practically budget-friendly. Everything that they serve are really great. The only problem though is during rainy season. The area where they are located (the one in Kalaw) is flood-prone. So if you are planning to visit the restaurant, look up the sky if the sun is shining pretty.

It was my first time to eat at Golden Fortune, in T.M. Kalaw. It was the baptismal reception we attended. There was nothing exceptional about the food taste, as it was your typical Chinese food. I think I can eat the same quality of food in local chinese fast food chains. But I liked that the food was served in... More

Had merienda with my daughter yesterday at this restaurant. Its just a 5 minute walk from Binondo Church, almost halfway to the Old Savory house...The food was very tasty...sharksfin (awesome taste), mantao (fried bread with condensed milk for dipping), pork siomai (delicioso!), chicken siopao (soo hot and yummy), steamed shrimp rice balls (unique and superb). They were all cooked to... More

First time to eat here last month during Chinese New Year. To think that it's a busy night, and we didnt have any reservations, the servers were very attentive to our table. Food is affordable, i love the noodles and dimsums! Returned again for 2nd time, and experienced the same service and food quality!

Food here is decent but you easily notice it's not as truthful and genuine with ingredients being used. Affordable and an easy go to place for a light snack but don't expect to get top notch Hong Kong quality Chinese food here.

I chose golden fortune to be our wedding reception. But they failed me. First, they did not carefully followed my instruction like choosing the correct motif of table skirting to be used. Second, they immediately served the foods and tore our wedding programs! That's why when me and my groom entered in the hall all the party poppers fall on... More

DINE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Good Food, great discount during their promo from 2-5pm or 6-9pm on their dimsum. BUT BEWARE, here's the Catch. They let you wait for at least 45 minutes before the dimsum comes out becomes they only steam as you order. Their servers and table managers are worse than people serving in carinderia! They don't care... More
