Total experience is worth what you pay for --- the restaurant, which is actually an old house , has a lot of character. A lot of conversations can happen as you take the tour and dine on heirloom table wares. Food is great is serving is generous . Staff are well trained, very attentive without being obtrusive . Relaxed fine... More

A private museum housing a private kitchen. The museum was quaint though it did lack a guide or description of the various rooms and finishing on display. We had reservations for lunch and was served a ape tif of baked cheese bread and lemon grass tea. The table setting is beautiful and conveyed a "home proud" team. Then I ordered... More

While we enjoyed the tour of this beautiful historic house near the Malacañang which really reminded us of our grandmother’s, the food was below our expectation even if we felt the smiling staff did their best to please their guests. Our meal started with the complimentary queso de bola and iced tea, both nothing special. But the main dishes really... More

UNSAFE! Walking calmly as we enter La Cocina de Tita Moning premises, a huge light brown dog that looks like a Labrador suddenly attacked my son who is only 8 years of age. My son, so traumatized by the incident, requested that we go home. Feeling his fear I held him in my arms and carried him for a good... More

If you want a place that has history then this is the place to be :) A very cozy place. The price a bit pricey but after you tried the food and service they offer. It is definitely worth every cent. They have a small tour of the place plus some history lessons. The utensils and plates you are going... More

A taste of history combined with the family kitchen maestros...you could do nothing better on a lazy weekend afternoon in Manila. The food is amazing and served in the old original family dining room - but while you wait, you can lose yourself in the family home full of relics.

Wow what a surprise this restaurant was. We had a week in Manila which was a major mistake as it is an awful, awful city to visit. The best part of our trip was our meal at la Cocina de Tita Moning. It was so good that if I have the chance I would suffer a night or two layover... More

The place is great, excellent experiencein overall. You have some drinks in the park on the back and have a great view of the place. We went at night with 28 degrees so it was really enjoyable. There is a tour before the dinner (which you have to prebook in advance), and is very interesting due to the large collections... More

We would like to reiterate again how sorry we are for this unfortunate incident. As mentioned in our private correspondences , we accept full responsibility and we agree with you completely that it is unacceptable to have a mouse running around the premises. We do have regular pest control treatments and cleaning. As a result of your incident, we closed... More

Dined at La Cocina de Tita Moning with my husband. From the time we entered the property we were transported to a time when the pace of everything was slower, reminded us of being in the homes of our own grandparents. I love that the family kept the ancestral home intact and almost in its original state (the guide said... More
