Always satisfying, just have them address the oil.

We always get the rellenong bangus or stuffed fish and the egg rolls which are our favorites. Usually with a nice light salad, very good. This place is already an institution.

Their bibingka and puto bumbong are the best! The reason why Cafe Via Mare has been around a long time because they have maintained the quality of their Pinoy dishes.

I missed this filipino "christmas" delicacy. So every chance I get, I try to have this when I go back to the Philippines. They have the best Bibingka ever. Service is good

I love their food. An excellent respite from shopping. I don't care much for its location within Landmark. It's a Filipino comfort food in the middle of a pseudo leather shoe section. If you sit far into the restaurant, you won't smell the leatherette aroma ... as much. But once you're there, heels resting, back relaxing, legs weight free, with... More

Via mare has been in business since the 70's and to this day I can swear I go to Via Mare when I want to eat delicious Filipino or Spanish cuisine at very reasonable prices. I like their 'kare-kare' and their 'lechon'...I also like their 'arroz ala cubana' among many others including 'Pinoy' merienda favourites like 'guinataan halo halo', 'putt... More

Via Mare is one restaurant that has consistently kept the excellent quality of their food, even in their branches, through the years. We had a light snack here yesterday before heading to a late dinner. The arroz caldo, dinuguan at puto, tokwa't baboy and palitaw were very good and comforting. It is Filipino food at its best. The waiters just... More

After all these years, Via Mare can still be counted on to deliver great traditional Filipino food. It is an institution and an old reliable. Everything on the menu is good. A must try when you are in Manila. Just the thought of it is making my mouth water!
