Routine stop-by in the town, estimated about 6 times thus far. Myself as a Chinese why even bother to have my own national cuisine when I'm aboard, actually it was my first thought until i brought by a local friend of mine. After the first time dine out in this place, I was fascinated with the creature of crab, such... More

i am visiting this restaurant for a number of years. nothing really has changed. you go to have good food but do not expect an nice enviroment or 5 star service. try the crispy noodles, my favourite. but other dishes are equally nice except lemon chicken which was a bit boring. overall i will go again to eat well. by... This is one drab tired place that we'd frequent when we find ourselves in Manila because the food is great -- which is just about the ONE reason why we always go back to Emerald Garden. But as always, their siopao is out of stock. My daughter asked -- as she's been raring to sample the fare -- whether the... More

I have eaten here many times already. The place looks old and a bit worn out but the dishes are delicious. there are plenty of choices and the prices are ok. Sometimes the place will be full so make sure to get there earlier for lunch and dinner.

This is the place to go if you have a craving for Chinese food. Rather than drive to crowded Binondo area, this place offers real good Chinese dishes. Love their Pata Tim & steamed shrimps "suahe", the crabs were soooo yummy & taste has the kick! Just wish their yang chow fried rice would taste better, hope they can improve... More

Great food. Most tables are large and setup for family dining but they do have a few small tables if you are a lone business traveler. Directly across from the U.S. embassy and easy place to get a taxi. Good prices.

Its my first time try... I am not very selective when it comes to food; but this restaurant may just seem quite normal. As a food lover; i find it simple. We ordered for Chicken, sweet & sour fish fillet, beef with bittermelon, and fish fillet with tausi (not so sure about this one...) for a price of 2000 is... More

Had their authentic chinese pigeon for our food binge. Very good and juicy, tender and the sauce is just savory. WORTH THE TRIP. Order your white wine or beer to go with it. It is such a perfect pair. renovation may help the atmosphere.

Without being an expert in chinese food, we have liked the food in here, the medium portions not being for 4/5 persons as they kindly announce, but merely for one hungry person (with rice). We ate here twice, visiting other chinese restaurants in the Ermita area in between, but we preferred by far this one. The only down point was... More

Yesterday, we ate a late lunch in this Chinese restaurant along Roxas Boulevard. There are 2 sections of the restaurant: the other is opened for lunch and dinner , while the other is opened for all day dining. We had the very delicious fresh , crunchy, sweet sour fried grouper (lapu lapu), and the fried spicy squid with onion leaves... More
