Saravana Bhavan was like an icing on the cake for my KL visit. I had travelled with my family and small kid (2years). He loves eating Dosa's and Idli's and Saravana Bhavan serves the finest Vegetarian Indian food right in KL. Indian Families/Vegetarians with Kids can relax and need not worry on availability of Indian food in KL. There are... More

This restaurant is a heavenly place for the Indian vegetarian food lovers (especially if you like south Indian cuisine). You will love almost all the options found in the menu in this restaurant. I tasted Idly and filter coffee for the breakfast and Adai and Avial for the dinner, it was delicious. KL has lots of options for vegetarian food,... More

How do you feel when you an Oasis in a Desert? This is how i felt when i found saravana Bhavan in KL. After 10 days of eating a 5 star hotel in Putrajaya, moved to KL for the last 2 days. I stayed at Hilton which is bang opposite KL Sentral. Heard from one of my directors about this... More

this is for saravana bhavan at masjid jamek. Cheaper, not crowded like sangeetha. Looks like at KL sangeetha enjoys better brand value than saravana bhavan :)

We got down at Masjid Jamek LRT and were going to Sangeetha restaurant on Jalan Leboh Ampang when we noticed HSB (Hotel Saravana Bhavan) right opposite to Sangeetha. We were delighted and decided to have lunch at HSB. But frankly the meal was a terrible disappointment. I do not know if the regular cook was on leave but not a... More

we were happy to have found this place in Brickfields area near KL Sentral in Jln Tun Sambandham, close to Little India. Has a wide range of authentic south indian food. We enjoyed the banana leaf limited meals. For pure vegetarians, seeking Indian food, this IS the place.

I am disappointed to say that although the food here is average the place has terrible customer service. The waiter dropped all the dirty dishes he was carrying all over my baby stroller and there was no apology or any remorse for the accident he had causes. To my luck, my son was not in the stroller. I was disgusted... More

South Indian food of great quality. Fast servicing is a plus. They got two branches, one at brick fields and other at Bangsar Baru. We had been to both of them. We also take away a dinner meal which was really good. But the side dishes tasted the same.

Delicious food as well as impeccable service! Me and my family don't really like spicy food, and the waiter recommended us a few dishes that weren't spicy and it was really good!
