Malaysian "Hawker" Food at KLCC shopping Mall

Madam Kwan's here was extremely busy at lunch time. Tables were full with office staff and shoppers alike. There was a group of about 16 waiting for an available table , at the entrance . We gave our name and after 20 minutes, we were seated at a table for 4 ( we were 2 ). To the restaurant's... read more

The nasi lemak & nasi bojari are my fave! Even their western dishes are not bad. Big portion & reasonable price. Service is good enough. Definitely worth for repeats! Just go earlier as the queue is always long!

Great Malaysian cuisine restaurant, pricey but worth it! Best Nasi Lemak in town. Its normal to wait in queue to be seated, which could take up to 30 minutes if its extremely busy - totally worth the wait!

Had Nasi Bojari and some drinks. Ordered asparagus with sambal belacan but it arrived too late. Hoping to eat with the rice. Staff not attentive and lack the smile especially when told my glass of ice had something in it. Requested for a new glass. No apology given. A great place but with such behaviour, looks like too complacent.

Up on the 4th floor of Suria Mall at KLCC and at the base of the Petronas Towers. Set up like a fast food restaurant but the food is of a very high quality, Reasonable prices with attentive staff

It's a kind of fast food - but absolutely not a junk food, it's 'fast moving' restaurant. You wait to be seated for a while and you are expected to 'eat and go' rather than enjoy your meal by couple of hours. Any way, if you are in KLCC, this is in my opinion good place to go for local... More

We came here for late lunch and the place was still packed (where the other restaurants nearby were empty). This was already a good sign. We ordered nasi bojari dan nasi lemak which the restaurant is famous for, and a side order of kangkung belacan. Both of the rice (nasi) dishes were delicious. We especially liked the curry chicken, spicy... More

Eating here in KL is a "must" in all aspects: first of all the mix of cultures create sometimes a blend in the plates and recipes served. Don't loose Madam Kwan's recipes at Suria KLCC (Twin Towers shopping centre). The economic restaurant is quite convenient, serving rich and flavoured malay cuisine. This old lady that gives the name for the... More
