The varieties of the buffet breakfast. The dessert and pastries are amazing too. The buffet breakfast value for money!

Informal dining with a good international menu with more than enough local options. We were there for a quick bite to eat on a 10 hour stop over at KL. We were particularly impressed by the helpful, personable staffs, who explained portion sizes and wee quick to understand what we were after. Fried prawns with peanut sauce and chicken stay... More

Lemon Garden Cafe @ Shangri-la is a well known name in Kuala Lumpur. It's rate is one of highest but there are so many good reviews so I had to try the food when I was in KL for holiday from 26 - 29 June 2014. Lemon Garden Cafe is located at rear right side lobby of Shangri-la Hotel which... More

We went to dine at Lemon Garden Cafe last night, a friend of ours highly recommended it to us. The first impression you have is that the level of the restaurant is not the one you can expect from a 5* hotel like the Shangi-la. Many and many tables close to each other, a lot of people and a great... More

we choose Lemon Garden for lunch. Coming in the Hotel was great. Very friendly doormen and the flower and smell outstanding. The Lemon Garden was a big "down"! The Restaurant is a fast food place. No atmosphere, hectic, running around, because the place is quite small. The selection of Japanese Sashimi and Sushi good. All other food very basic. Next... More

I used to eat at the buffet here a lot and it had a reputation as having one of if not the best buffet in KL, however, it has really gone downhill a great deal. The selection was poor, things ran out and were not replaced, the salads were very basic, there were no roasts or chefs to cook in... More

As we were staying at the Shangri La Hotel ,thought we would try the restaurant. Service was ok nothing special. Food only average, thought I would try the nasi goring not very good and not one of the best I have had. My friend had nasi leak, again only average. Would we eat in this restaurant again, probably not. Considering... More

Celebrating my wife birthday and choose Lemon Garden as being talk of the town they has one of the best seafood buffet. Made a reservation with mentioning our purpose to celebrate birthday. Upon arrival, been greeted well by friendly hostess and efficiently brought to our table. For the meal, I break it to below remark: Variety- Not as expected. Have... More

My husband and I had the seafood night buffet on 27th March. The seafood including mini lobsters, prawns, sashimi, scallops, crabs, oysters were fresh and good. There was also local delights like satay, fish head curry, chinese style soups, dim sum, pizzas, tandoori chicken and not forgetting, desserts such as local 'kuay', cakes, mouse, fondue. Well worth the price. The... More

had hi tea here last saturday, I have been here for hi tea before and mind you the price here is very expensive at RM 90++ for Hi tea. This time around i found that a lot has changed and the buffet actually is smaller and items cut back. It did not have the abundance and grandeur feel of before.... More
