Eating here in KL is a "must" in all aspects: first of all the mix of cultures create sometimes a blend in the plates and recipes served. Don't loose Madam Kwan's recipes at Suria KLCC (Twin Towers shopping centre). The economic restaurant is quite convenient, serving rich and flavoured malay cuisine. This old lady that gives the name for the... More

Hot tasty and spicy food, friendly service and reasonable price, one of the more decent places we ate in - we prefer restaurant to hawker stalls and felt this place offered best of both worlds - authentic freshly cooked food but in a comfortable clean environment.

The food here is above average and the restaurant is really clean and brightly lit. It feels good to eat "street food" here without having to worry about hygiene. Ate here several times and most of the menu is decent but really enjoyed the curry laksa here as well as the sambal belacan eggplant

If you would like to go and have a festive style Nasi Lemak ... like the one you might probably eat during Ramadan , then this is the place .. Generous portion of fragrant Nasi Lemak along with scrumptious piece of Rendang and Sambal belachan with anchovies win your hearts. This place is a must go for Adventure foodies ,... More

Whenever we need to have a meal in KLCC, this restaurant will top our list as its has got a good variety of dishes & we dine here quite often. Service wise is average. Do try the nasi bonjari, fish paste noodle soup (great for flu, tasty too), fried whole chicken leg, lemongrass mint mojito. Try going a lil early... More

Mdm Kwan has been around for ages, but I remember it being much better before. I guess that's the problem with many restaurants when they grow : when more outlets open, there is less attention to the value, quality, authenticity and taste, as obviously, the attention has shifted to simply revenue generation. The food isn't bad - but it's nothing... More

I'm confused by the bad reviews. I thought this place was great. Sure, it's not the best food I've ever had but it was pretty damn good. The waiters were very helpful and service was great. The food was piping hot and was served quickly.

If your rushing for time, go there order, nasi lemak and 1 drink. Much faster than McD's. However, KLCC is often jam packed so car park is tricky. I recommend parking in Intercontinetal Hotel where there are plenty of car parks then walk across to Ampang Park Station. Take train to KLCC for RM2.00 return trip, and try out Madam... More

We went for lunch there, food and service was ordinary. Very busy restaurant during the lunch time. Curry laksa and mango salad didn't meet my expectations.
