Nothing to shout about except maybe d service

Went to their outlet at Damansara heights twice within a week more of convenience. Both times had dinner pizza n pasta served was alright. I find d salad portions too small for the price. The main course was average only. Tried d pork chops found d cuts too thin.

When I visit this restaurant 6 month ago, there was cockroach in my boy's drink. But the restaurant managers action was really good. But after 6 month, it seems the manager also changed... We were waited more than 1hr to serve pasta. Until we pointed out, nobody realize that. Even we pointed out to manager, she just said "We are... More

Dear Mister Taita, I'm really sorry for your very Bad experience in Neroteca, As you seen that day the restaurant was suddenly full and our pasta chef more then busy, that's not an excuse off course, but small mistakes can happen and I'm afraid you tried this during your lunch. I tried my best to apologize, give complementary starters and... More

Have been eating at Neroteca many times before because of the amazing Italian food, wine and excellent service, but tonight was a GREAT disappointment from the food to the service. I believe the menu has changed because the usual juicy pork chop was replaced by a dry and non-appetising pork chop with lentils(!). Not to mention the service was just... More

I'm not one who usually "splurge" on dining, but if I want to, this is where I'll come.. Love the ambience, food, and atmosphere. Service can be really depends on your expectations, but as I would have it, I've been failed before. I have high expectations of this place. On NYE's dinner, service was lacking, however, the waitress's knowledge in... More

We have been coming here with our close friends for years. Actually have reviewed them twice before. Always reasonably consistent food and well taken care of by their team who all know us. But last weekend there was a definite change to the food. First of all the traditional roast garlic with home made bread which you receive upon ordering... More

We have been going to NeroTeka for many years. Dispise the ups and down occasionaly, we felt it is one of the better place in KL. Not last night! It started with the complementary and iconic roasted garlic has gone! Replaced by a tomatoe salsa quite ordinary. Some of the bread was obviously not fresh. As for starter, we usually... More

Had anniversary dinner, reminded them many times weeks before during reservations and a week before as well. Supposedly this place was renovated but it looked the same when we stepped in, in fact first impression was the kitchen smells, urggh... their ventilation is worse now. Food was unimpressionable, ordered from salmon steaks to pork chop to black angus flank and... More

Tucked inside, what was the Somerset building,a hop and a skip, from the madness of Changkat,is this lovely Italian Restaurant. Great Staff, food and atmosphere. Always seems to be very busy, rightfully so,. If it has a downside, washrooms are communal to the building, and a short walk from the venue,no big deal, and certainly don't let that put you off. This place is a gem.

Been a regular since they opened and never got around to writing them up. Again was there last week and the whole roasted garlic cloves served with their home made bread was as good as always. Served FOC. The cold cuts platter this time was complimented by a special cheese recommended by Willy, our regular friendly and jovial waiter cum... More

We went to this restaurant for my friend birthday dinner. For size of restaurant, it is really small however that's the size when you dine in Italy, so we totally understood it. The food attendant are very attentive, friendly. The try their best to explain each of the food since we are clueless about Italian Food. Food was served well... More
