Nice escape from city to rest for a moment. Pastries are delicious. Enjoy. We sat outdoors and enjoyed the city life passing us by.

No matter how many times I come to kL I have to buy my favourite pastries back home. I love everything on display. My favourite are chocolate donut, banana donut, rendang bun, maple bun, the list goes on.

Superficially attractive cafe in great location outside Pavilion. Totally hapless, untrained staff who really have no idea whatsoever. I waited 15 minutes and have given up. I did manage a cup of tea. It arrived as a cup of water. Apparently you have to make it yourself. No milk. Eventually hot milk arrives. I ask for cold milk. It too... More

When we first visited the Loaf several years ago, it was all the rage. The breads were freshly baked and the quality was high. It hasn't quite fallen into disrepair, but it's not what it once was. The breads were decent, but nothing to crow about. The rosti we ordered wasn't particularly good. Most lackluster of all was the staff,... More

the standards seemed to have deteriorated too much. There is no proper barista thus the coffees are not that good. The selection of pastries, bread and cakes are lesser now. The quality is not as good as before.

I had been here more than ten times in a year. Every time I come to Kuala Lumpur I would give my ultimate best to try and come to this restaurant. Since their opening in many other areas, I would give it a try but definitely in Pavilion would still be the best. I just couldn't resist their freshly baked... More

My friend and I had our dinner in this restaurant. It was cocked professionally, but the service was very bad. Th waiter, a boy who looks like a girl, was very impolite with us, as well as with other customers. When we requested talking with their manager they directed to the cashier. We complained about this issue and they were... More

We spent the day at Pavillion and had coffee and cake when we first arrived. Delicious cappuccinos and my daughter had a freshly squeezed apple juice which she really enjoyed. It was Hari Raya Aidilfitri and the staff were dressed in traditional dress which added a great deal of colour - some beautiful costumes. Service was efficient and friendly although... More

We sat out on the decking at The Loaf Kuala Lumpur in front of the Pavillion. I think the coffee is quite expensive in Kuala Lumpur compared to all their other foods. But on the menu here was 2 pieces of bread with a choice of 5 varieties plus a cup of coffee for the same price as just a... More
