I did like the way restaurant looked outside and it was pretty cool inside too, like a boat. I ordered lamb chops, which came with veggies and chips. Chips were so good, like they supposed to be, you just hardly ever get good chips in Asia. And sauce for the lamb was really good too. Lamb itself was very strong... More

The Ship is an established food outlet specializing in steaks/meats/ribs and seafood. Consistent always, reasonably priced and good staff. It has a long history of serving good food for a number of decades in KL. 4 out of 5 for me but don't expect gourmet type meals.

Always a must do on my visits to KL, back to The Ship for lunch. Good service and an ok atmosphere but the reason I visit is to make my way through their steak menu. This time the CHARBROILED RIB EYE STEAK. Rib eye steak cooked to perfection, served with a side salad, baked potato, corn cob, broccoli and a... More

First of all, the biggest attraction of The Ship is their environment and design of the restaurant. It was so grand seeing from outside. It drew so much of my attention analysing the "look" of the entrance even before I entered. It was my first time visiting this restaurant on my anniversary with my boyfriend. Due to the outlook and... More

This restaurant must have been around for more than 30 years. According to my parents, this restaurant was the top choice of many love birds in Malaysia for romantic dinners during the 70s and 80s. For some nostalgic reasons, my husband and I made a pact 3 years ago to dine in there every time we visited Malaysia. We had... More

Inside the restaurant you can find a lot of things to remind you of a ship, for example there were different kinds of rope knots and also paintings of old ships hung on the walls, the chairs were in the shape of steering wheel of the ship. We had excellent package lunch there. We enjoyed our vegetables soup, beef steak... More

Nice restaurant with good menu selection. We ahd steaks with slads, and they arrived quickly and were of a very good standard. Nice little touch were the buttons on the table that you could press to call a waiter, order your bill etc.

Went here not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with a great meal and super service. Our 7 year old was made especially welcome. Steaks were fantastic and the side dishes cooked expertly.
