Authentic looking Malaysian Nyonya restaurant. Almost museum like with old photos and paintings. Although impressive at first sight, the let down starts when I ordered the food. Most of the appetisers are not available - only bean curd and spring rolls are available. Most of the waiters are foreign workers. Had to wait a long time before the food arrives.... More

Had the spring rolls and beef rendang with rice. I ordered the spring rolls because the lor bak was unavailable. The spring rolls were so terrible I actually contemplated not finishing the other 3 pieces. I make it a point to finish the food I order so it's highly unusual that the thought of just leaving the spring rolls behind... More

Nice and cheap, it's a great way to taste some Chinese food without losing your appetite or your wallet. Very recommendable, look traditional, with parking nearby... Great, that is it.

We went here on a full day tour which included lunch. We had no choice and were given a set menu of 3 courses. The starter was acceptable. The mains of chicken curry and pork with ginger were of the standard you may expect in a shopping centre food court at 3 pm when the food has been sitting luke... More

Old China Cafe was a little gem we found after a recommendation from a friend. It was a little off the main area of Chinatown and as we made our way towards it, we almost turned away thinking it was closed. I am so glad that we didn't! Pushing our way through the old American saloon style doors we made... More

When I say "quirky" this may be genuinely/faux traditional, however I really liked the ambience of the place. India Jones could have stopped here. Had a really good Malaccan prawn curry, which I'd highly recommend.

Nice, familiar, europian atmosphere, the enterier is really nice. It was recommended by lonely planet, but the meals are a bit expensive And not so special. Glass of wine is avaiable for reasonable price ( esspecially in Malaysia).i suggest to go to night Market , where You CAN eat better And cheaper And You CAN drink wines And beer as... More

Delicious beef rendang and a good selection of teas. A cosy little restaurant with a nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. Perfect for lunch whilst exploring Chinatown.
