Even if you are not a fan of Western food, you will enjoy the country-themed-setting of this nostalgic place. Add the famous baby-back-ribs, & the polite staff who are always ready to help, you have a place which is GREAT for celebrating birthdays...

If I ever run in to Kenny Rogers I am going to say "Hey Kenny! I like both kinda of music; country and western. But, Kenny! Your chicken shops suck!" Their motto is 'less salt, less fat, less calories', but after visiting this place they should add '...less service, less taste.' The staff found it much more interesting to entertain... More

Was not impressed, basic food using Kenny's name. The food was bland, warm and not hot. The service was not fast or enthusiastic.

I went for a casual lunch and order their quarter chicken with black pepper gravy. It was delicious. It's worth the price you pay for. Since it's a franchise you may not experience the same service everywhere.

Just go somewhere else! Lukewarm food literally looks like it's been slapped onto a plate and 'pumpkin' soup that actually cold, tasted only of garlic and had a scary oil slick on top. Waitress wasn't in the slightest interested in our comments and although she heated the soup up, we couldn't eat it. Sorely disappointed especially in the difference between... More

If you're jaded with KFC, Roasters will be a good change, especially if they are not in your home country. We ordered a 1/2 chicken platter, which came with a selection of slides. It was value for money, tasty when you get used to the salt (they advertise low salt as one of their health planks) and overall very good.

Every time I’m in KL, I will make sure I will eat at Kenny Rogers as the one in Singapore is not HALAL certified. The chicken is tender, moist & the taste is just right. However, customer service is an issue with most outlets & definitely need to be improved. A slightly better service so far I've gotten from the... More

We saw a few of these in our travels and decided to see what all the fuss was about. If you just want roasted chicken that tastes like the stuff you buy in the grocery stores in North America, then you've found it. Everything tasted good but this is nothing special. I was surprised by their homemade muffins though, they... More
