The waiter went away when we not even finished with food order. We completed our order after we reached 40mins earlier. The food came about 1hr later and it was cold. The food is tasteless.

Poor Service for everythings you have to tell the staff 3-4 times. The staff is not trained. All food served was cold and it took lot of time to serve. They closed everything at 9:45 pm, if you want to order food in between by 10 pm you get nothing.

Had some guests from India and wanted them to experience Indian food from Malaysia. The choice of having dinner at Spice of India, KLCC was a BIG BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Staff attitude is bad, they do not understand what are you trying to order or responding to basic request such as additional chutney etc. The garlic naan we ordered came out... More

Having read online about their range of both North and south Indian food, I went there with family to celebrate a birthday. But we came away feeling rather let down by the food quality and especially the service.

We visited them recently twice (in a space of four days) after they went through a renovation 3-4 months back. First, what's good: - Only Indian fine dining restaurant in Suria KLCC - REALLY fast cooks. The food arrives within five minutes of ordering. I have to hand this in to the staff. - A few dishes are better than... More

Highlights: - Highly arrogant service - Strictly OK Indian food - Very Expensive. Its much more expensive than Bombay Palace. You are made to feel as if the staff is doing you a favour by serving you - loads of attitude. Right off the bat, that puts a dent in your experience. If you look forward to the food being... More

The name and what you really get both in terms of service, food quality and general atmosphere leave much to be desired of. Servers did not seem interested at all. Our order was delivered in the wrong sequence, starters came with the main dishes. Dessert was not served but got charged for. My error that I did not read the... More

I was fooled by a good review sone where on the net. Little I knew, the terrible reviews here exactly deserved by this so called restaurant. I went with my family after lunch hours and way before dinner time, the place was almost empty. The hostess was leaning on the door like she wants to sleep. After we sat, she... More

Spice of India has several locations very close to each other, and they are all pretty good. The food is good although if you like spicy food it does lack some of the sense of adventure that I think Indian cuisine is known for. It's hard to get them to really spice up your dish. That said, service is pretty... More
