I was searching for a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur that had Pekingduck for take away. I searched the internet and found the Spring Garden in KLCC. I called them and ordered a duck to be picked up later the same day. When I came there they had no idea about my order, but yet they managed very well. The asked... More

Not used to having sweet and sour chicken instead of sweet and sour pork - which is a basic favourite of Chinese food. Nevertheless, the food taste good, the yam chicken is nice, the peking duck is marvelous, the cantonese fried kway teow was very good the first time, not so impressive thereafter. Lack of the wok "energy", did not... More

Was here with my family for dinner. Did not plan to go there, but it looked nice so we wanted to try it out. Was a good amount of people dining there, and everybody seemed to have a good time with their food. We ordered some different things, soft shell crab, fried rice, prawns and chicken. Everything was very good,... More

I was craving for dim sum so went to spring garden. I asked the staff & she said it's halal. Service a bit slow. Tried a few dim sum. Some nice while some just ok. Total bill RM89.55 for 6 types of dim sum, 2 ice lemon tea, titbits & wet towel. As I went back home I read review... More

Had lunch on a Monday. The welcome was quick and efficient. Got a good table in the middle and ordered some tea. Staff were Chinese at the top level and Nepalese at the server level. All looked happy and helpful. Dim sum was on offer so I got the pencil out and ordered the shu mai, the har gau, the... More

Went to this restaurant on a weekend evening with the intention of having a nice Chinese meal with family. Waited at the entrance for almost five minutes. Service staff saw us but made no attempt to usher or welcome us. Worse still, the lady manager who saw us (was very sure she did) made no attempt to establish eye contactl!... More

They have a decent variety of dim sum, and they're all affordable. Until a few weeks ago they had this special flat-rate dim sum offer (about RM 4 per dish). Unfortunately it seems like the offer is now over. But even without the promotional prices their prices are quite ok. Good variety of tea as well. Favorite dim sum: the... More

We ate at this restaurant on a recent trip to KL and didn't find it to be great value for money. We ordered the aromatic duck, lemon chicken and fried rice. They brought out the cucumber and spring onion straight away and left it on a tray near our table, we watched flies crawl all over it for about 30... More
