One of the tastier Arabic food offerings in town

I enjoy popping into Al-Amar for a quick bite to eat, both at the Level 6 restaurant and the curbside "cafe" in front of Farenheit88. The food is hearty and very tasty, the service quick & friendly. My friends & I also occasionally enjoy having drinks up in the balcony, and people-watch the street... read more

My first time dining at Al-Amar's and I am delighted to say I will return. The ambience is stately and private; ideal for a restful dining experience. Service was good and attentive. My friend recommended the dining choices and I was not dissapointed. The first thing that caught my attention and had me sold was the lebanese bread. So delightfully... More

Visited Al Amar, Pavillion in June. The restaurant on the upper floors of the Pavilion was quiet at the time, the reception staff were friendly and the waiters were constantly at hand. I had the mixed shawarma platter, the portion size was very good, meat tender and the sauces tasty. The waiter service was good, ensuring refills of sauces and... More

We happened to just enter this place on the sidewalk near the Pavilion mall. The food was good. We liked it and the kids were happy too. I especially liked the arrangement on the sidewalk with enclosed spaces as well. Comfortable.

They serve a very great food. Try their checkin shawarma plate, standard mixed grill, sayaeiyah, hummus and muhalabiah ( as dessert ). The prices are slightly high. But believe me it worths it.

Very expensive with small portions, the sheesh is excellent, homos not so good and metabal as well. They have a new terrace where you can enjoy shisha and the weather is very nice. The service not so good. The give a fresh bread with the meal, very delicious.

I was here for an office get together. The service was very professional and the restaurant is set up in a semi formal style. So you can relax and have your meal. The service was sit down. In the mayhem of Bukit Bintang, with its KFCs, McDonalds, etc. , this is a cool haven of delicious Lebanese food which you can watch being prepared before your eyes. Delicious labneh and mutabal were followed by a perfect shish taouk. Lots of others notices are available and they serve beer, which many of the other Arab restaurants in the... More
