From the moment you enter Ciao you realize that you are about to have a good dining experience; the staff are genuinely friendly and very polite, the smells are yummy and patrons are classy. The items on the menu may suite any taste. The ambiance is great and they have a variety of seating areas, to choose from (unless they... More

Dinner with friends recently, excellent value wine list with lots of manager recommended choices. Extensive menu with many pasta choices and some specials. The night we visited they were offering a great T Bone steak which arrived cooked perfectly and with melt in the mouth meat. Staff are very friendly and very attentive. Great ambience - a definite to return... More

Was there for lunch earlier today as part of a business trip where we were provided with transport and refreshments. Most of us went in with a half opened mineral water bottle. All of us understood that there is a no outside food/ drinks policy (which is common with many eateries around town) but we brought in our stuffs (bag/... More

We came to celebrate our daughter's birthday and were about half an hour early. While waiting for our table we had to put up with a couple smoking at a nearby table. It did not seem like the smoking section.Fortunately the wait was short and we were seated at a different area. Regarding the food - of the 4 mains we... More

I decided to have my wedding reception & tea ceremony in the indoor section of Ciao Ristorante, and it was perfect for my 120+ guests. The venue is beautifully rustic and dreamy, the food was great, and the service was amazing! Wan Iscanda the event manager is awesome to work with, which definitely helped as I was planning my wedding... More

We organized our wedding reception at Ciao and what a fantastic venue! Wan Iscanda and the team were soooo nice, friendly catered and coordinated the event very well. Our guests, nearly half of them from Australia enjoyed themselves very much. We only used the website and had not inspected the venue until a week prior to the event. The venue... More

I love their Fettuccine al Salmone, the pasta wasn't too dry or too watery. It's creamy and with decent amount of salts but the salmon was a little overcooked.
