If you have yet to visit Shanghai, then go for their Braised Shanghainese Pork and Steamed Shanghainese Dumplings (Xiao long bau). The former was flavourful and nicely done while the latter was juicy and the the skin just the right thickness. For dessert, the pancake with red date paste is a good choice. Some of their a la carte dishes... More

Some authentic Shanghainese dishes like the Duck's tongue appetiser, I like the setting and ambience of the restaurant but other dishes weren't fantastic.

This is my favourite restaurant for xiao loong bao. It's a good balance of flavourful clear broth, tender meat with just the right amount of bite and for me the perfect thickness of the skin. I also agree with the previous reviewer about the cheong fun with crispy duck. Another one of my favourites at this restaurant.

An innovative menu...with traditional favourites as well as some creative fusion blends. The crispy duck wrapped in cheongfun, a must-try signature dish. My only complaint is that the restaurant is obscenely cold...so the food can go cold incredibly quickly which jars with the leisurely 'yum char' lunch concept.

I can't believe this is a restaurant that worth its place in JW Marriott. Being quite an avid chinese food lover myself and having eaten at quite a number of chinese fine dining restaurants before. I'm disappointed in the food that was served. I could not exactly remembered what dishes I ordered, but the stewed fish and braised sea cucumber... More

I was new to this style of eating and the staff was great at walking me through suggestions to try. I ended up trying three courses of food - dumplings and noodles and the like - as well as a nice dessert. The food was good, although I have no frame of reference. Prices seemed high but maybe because I... More

The service is one of the best in KL, dumplings are simply gorgous, if you like spicy and hot you must try the chicken with cashew nuts. Fried rice is not their best dish. Good variety of beers and really good noodles. suggested if you are looking for a sophisticated Chinese restaurant.

Went for dim sum on 26 May and was amazed by the staffs politeness and attentiveness. Served great dim sum with reasonable choices. Went back again on 28 May. Strongly recommended to try out the place. "Liu Sa Bao" is one on the menu you can consider - mini bun with butter egg yolk.

Braised Shanghainese pork is my first choice and the Shanghainese dumplings, only the one served the best here. Will recommend to my friends and family.
