A

Well with little regard to what others have written, I thought the service exemplary, prices very reasonable and perhaps most importantly, some of best vegetarian Indian style food I have eaten

We visited one afternoon to have the banana leaf. Food was good, fresh and enjoyable. The upsetting thing is being overcharged. We visit Bangsar most weekends and will make a point of not visiting here again. I am sure we got the tourist price......Unfortunately.

I love their banana leaf. The taste is not authentic Indian, its a mix of Indian and Malay style of cooking, anybody who enjoys both the cuisines will love the taste. Its difficult to get a seat here, especially if you are in a group and the peak hours are really busy here, the staff will be running all over... More

It is just a normal mamak shop, nothing extra ordinary, juz expect what you can expect from a normal mamak. Toilet is upstairs and the staircase is super oily.

This is our local so we often stop by when we're too lazy to cook. It's one of our favourite banana leafs in the city. Good variety and lovely curries for your rice. Don't expect great service - this is a mamak. Just flag a waiter down and make sure you're clear with your order. We prefer it to the... More

I brought family from overseas to try out the banana leaf here and to compare it to other banana leaf restaurants in the area. We dined upstairs which offered more comfortable surroundings with air conditioning. Unfortunately when we arrived the area was less than comfortable with uncleared tables, a clueless cashier and droves of people waiting for a table with... More

I'm not sure why this restaurant gets so much hype, I've eaten here a few times and it's similar to other Mamak style places in terms of food and maybe a tiny bit pricier (still cheap) because of it's location. I came here for the tandoori chicken as it was highly recommended, and it was good, but again I prefer... More

I love the tosai here and I always come on weekends and it's always full if not almost full. There's a vendor selling fruits in this restaurant as well which I get a whole cut mangoes for rm2.50

If Karl Marx is to be believed, we are heading for the class-less society. No more workers or expropriators, only equals. There have been attempts made. Sad to say, with limited success. A more promising approach is made by dear Devi with her corner shop in Bangsar: the furniture of the restaurant shows the sense of frugality which may be... More

If ur looking to have good Banana Leaf lunch, this is the right place. You will have a variety of curries especially my favourite crab curry. You also have a variety of side dishes and freshly fried fish /meat/cuttle fish. A little expensive if compared to other shops. Service can be very poor during peak hours.
