Very nice

A restaurant recommended by a friend. Each of us ordered a set dinner. The crabs were really nice but it's quite expensive. Worth trying but always long queue. Should go there earlier to grab a ticket/ book in advance if really want to try. Recommend. Nice service also.

There were certain things that were completely on point for dinner. First was the service. Very nice and polite...yeah I know it's Japan, but it's still pleasant to experience. Second was the private room...so nice and quiet. Dotonbori is busy, busy, busy, so the quiet private room was a nice break . Now to the food. It was just okay.... More

For a quick try of the delicious Grilled Alasakan Crab, buy the 700 Yen pack. It is sweet and a must try in Osaka. It's before the Glico Man bridge and directly opposite H&M. Do try the Ichiran ramen along the river. Turn right and you can find it.

We went there on a Wed evening at 5pm to be allocated a queue no. for seating at 8.20pm. The seating is modified japanese style where you would be required to remove your shoes. For non- japanese speakers, they would present you with an iPad if you ask for an English/ other language menu. We ordered one set meal which... More

There were 5 of us (inclusive of 2 small children) and the environment was so nice and pleasant. No doubt it's a very touristy place, the food is still awesome. We ordered two sets and some ala carte to share. Enough food to go around. I recommend the set because it lets you try everything; raw, fried, grilled, bbq, etc.... More

While in Dotonbori, my partner and I wanted to try kani doraku since we missed it on our last trip and every one of our friends raved on about it. After queuing we finally were ushered into the restaurant and noticed the great view of the river and Dotonbori bridge. We chose platter benten and some other one with crab... More

If you have no time to queue and do not want to spend ridiculous amount of money, have no fear! The roadside store will help you! I wanted to try crab while I was in Japan and this satisfied my cravings. They have different set of rolls/nigiri with the king crab box set as well as the freshly grilled king... More

The crab tasted decent, nothing spectacular unlike its giant crab banner. They cook it up for you in various ways, from raw sashimi style to tempura style. But it was just okay. Not worth the price or the wait tbh.

Basically everyone goes to this restaurant. So you need to arrive early and get a reservation ticket first. We ordered the two more expensive sets. My girl is a crab lover and she was super satisfied. There are all kinds of crab included in the set. From sashimi to boiled to grilled to shabu-shabu. But I find the rice congee... More
