After wandering around the Peace Park, my wife and stumbled across this lovely cafe, right on the river. Sat outside, under parasols, we both ate the excellent Carbonara, which was recommended by another diner, who just happened to be Italian and washed it down with a few cold beers. The service was leisurely, but more than adequate and we found... More

A nice italian resturant with outdoor seating right beside the bridge over to the peace park, heaters available for the autum chill, nice location to spend an hour Some English spoken, and english menu available, good selection of standard italian items, the pizza was very good, recommended

We loved this place so much we returned several times for drinks, a snack and to enjoy the atmosphere. It is near the peace park and also the river excursion boats. Service is slow and relaxed so don't be in a hurry. ladies have on of their fruit jar cocktails or a glass of champagne.

We had a lovely Italian dinner here. Great service and right near the A Bomb Museum. It has tables with lovely outlook onto the park.

On a rainy night with the typhoon due in later in the evening, we made our way here for a delightful evening . Salad, fried clams, pasta with wine combined with very pleasant wait staff hit the spot. Outside seating looks good but the high wind led us to eat inside

We stayed only for drinks (very nice fuzzy navel). The cafe offers something we have found lacking in Japan, that is an airy place to sit and relax, particularly useful after the A Bomb Museum. It's just very very nice and in a great location by the river.

Beautiful restaurant right on the river. Very romantic. Excellent service. Ordered caesar salad, garlic bread, and tortellini. Everything was superb. Absolutely recommend to anyone craving Italian in Japan.

Friends and I went to this restaurant after a long morning's journey from Osaka and an afternoon's visit to the peace park and memorial museum. The service was fantastic - quick and very attentive, with drinks arriving almost as soon as we'd ordered them. Our waiter in particular was a gem, remaining calm and cheerful despite the searing temperatures. I... More

Fantastic Italian! Had a late lunch here and they were incredibly friendly and accommodating, wanting to chat with us and bringing us plenty of water and cool towels. Had one of the set menus and the pizza and pasta were both delicious with incredibly fresh seafood. After two weeks in japan, I would say this is a very decently priced... More

We visited here after a visit to the Dome and Memorial Park, so we were somewhat reflective. But we enjoyed a good meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, which we found to be reasonable in price and good in quality. Service was of a high standard.
