Needs improvement but delicious food

Beautiful decor and unique setting. Was very impressed with the interior design! Food was marvelous: had the crab and tofu ginger soup, vegtable dumplings and the pomelo mango sago (so yummy). Some comments might be due to cultural differences but here we go.... Pros: Attention to details in... read more

services were terrible and not attentive to customers. Food are over-priced and taste just ok. The setting of environment was just average, might of been copying from some French movie. Bathroom is quite dirty I guess the staff didn't clean it regularly. Its not worth to go..SERVICES BAD BAD BAD. Zero

A popular film was shot here, so big boost to its fame. Service was terrible. They are unattentive and doesn't know their own menu / ingredients. They sell 'gourmet Chinese food'. Taste great, but the only gourmet part is the size & price, the fact that the portions are tiny and borderline not suitable for sharing; commonly practiced when eating... More

This a perfect place to head to after you've walked around the lake area! The interior is beautiful! The service is good! AND the washrooms are clean and are like a 5-star hotel!

The restaurant has moved to no 1 Lvyang Road, off Nanshan Road, which is about a 15 minute walk south from the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Rather cavernous and grand interior with an extensive menu (English sub-titles and pictures available) and enough choice of dishes for westerners (ie no abalone or gizzards). The service was attentive. All the dishes were beautifully... More

Tried the cod fish with a nutty batter. Spendid! One of the best cod fish i've ever tasted. I've always advocate cod fish has to be pan seared or steamed. Deep fried doesnt do it much justice. But boy was i wrong, this fried cod was so delicious im hoping i can find something similar in my city now!

The distinctive decor and art pieces at its new premises (at Nanshan Lu opposite the China Academy of the Arts) are as outstanding as the fusion food which it serves. The service is excellent. The restaurant also has an extensive list of foreign wines at reasonable prices. There are several private rooms on the third floor, each decked out in... More

Very cool place with great food and very excentric interior - Chinese cuisine meets French Rococo interior in a perfect mix. Great to book the separate rooms if you are a bigger group.

Same as Jing Ling Long. The location is at Nanshan Road (Lvyang Lane no. 1) opposite China Academy of Art. The interior of the restaurant is very pleasant and nicely decor. A good place to take a slow meal and enjoy the company of your friends. Menu is mixed chinese and western food. Price slightly steep, but food is well-cooked.
