GREAT dinner, fantastic place, worth finding

Tucked away on the 4th floor of the RenRenLe shopping mall with no pinyin street signs, join the crowds on the elevator to a surprisingly modern and attractive space. None of the staff spoke English, but we had very attentive service via a translation app (which didn't always help!). Still we... read more

"Hot pot" is a Chinese style of eating wherein a heated, boiling pot of broth is in the centre of the table, and a number of different bite-size raw ingredients are arranged around it.  Each eater takes an item and either holds it in the broth using chopsticks, or uses a slotted spoon/strainer to submerge it for a few seconds... Purposely made a trip after reading the reviews and it didn't disappoint us. Food was good and staff was attentive (at all times). I've found their ipad ordering is very useful for tourists like us to slowly browse through everything (English version is available too on the ipad). Too bad there are only 2 of us and really couldn't order... More

this place probably has the best service among any Chinese restaurant. I was really impressed even though I don't speak any Chinese. Food is fresh and good. I would recommend it to anyone who wants Hotpot!

We were very excited to visit this place and as per the previous reviews, Chris was our waiter. After waiting for about an hour and 30 minutes (we arrived at 6:30pm on a Friday night) on the side of the restaurant at a small table, we were showed to our table. Chris was very helpful, maybe a bit too helpful.... More

We were finishing up a four-day tour of Xi'an and surroundings and invited our guide and driver to be our guests at lunch, part of our motivation being a desire to avoid another crummy "lunch included" tourist buffet restaurant. We had done some previous research on TA and were delighted when our guide suggested this very spot. We had eaten... More

I love hot pot and this is one of the best in China. It is hidden away on 4th floor of small older shopping mall. The quality of all the items was great and went twice and walked out to full each time. The base was excellent and fillet fish so delicious. I think it is best quality healthy meal... More

We went based on other reviewers recommendations. It was extremely good. Both food and service. We were lucky to get English speaking waitress, thanks Chris, who was very helpful, but do not expect them to understand English, this is where the locals go to eat. Remember "bu la" if you do not want it too spicey.
