Suggest you pass this restaurant, the quality of food they serve can not even remotely be justified by the price they charge - the Muslim quarter is just around the corner and the foods are a lot better there. If you have to go for whatever reason, suggest you avoid the set banquet menu and order from the a la... More

Ate at the downstairs section. Very difficult to understand how to order. They kept directing us upstairs to dumpling buffet but we did not want that. Finally asked another western tourist how they ordered. Order dumplings at the counter and then sidecdishes come by on carts and you pay separately. After eating a lot of Asian dumplings in other cities,... More

Lunch at this classic in Xian as part of an A&K personalised tour was sensational. Topped off a fabulous morning at the Terracotta Warriors. The detail in the dumplings is something to behold - and yes they're pretty scrumptious as well.

An amazing dumpling banquet! My friend and I had a fun time there last weekend. This is not a new resturant nearby Small Goose Pagoda. Walking along the cultural corridor hanging with Chinese style pictures on each side, we just loved this excellent cultural atmosphere. During the whole dinner, we were treated by very friendly young waitress. Worth to mention... More

the dumplings were very good. The atmosphere is amazing and the show that follows the dinner is magical. Music, dance and costumes from different dynasties.

Stay downstairs for a casual meal or go upstairs for a belly filling dumpling extravaganza! Both are deliscious.

The kids really enjoyed all the different dumplings that were brought to us over the course of a long meal. We have eaten both in the main restaurant and in a private room and both were nice - the private room had a fantastic view of the Bell Tower across the street.

I only try the normal dumping on the first floor but not the dumping banquet upstairs. It isn't good for value and the taste is very very normal. I bet you can find much better dumping in anywhere of the world.
