Lunch is busy. Green Molly Bar is only for membership only, the decoration is really good, but can not have fun there . Fajita is good, mushroom soup is nice. Risotto is Chinese rice, don't worth it. Service is nice, Italian renovation.

Reasonable wine list, service ok with friendly and English speaking staff ... The food was average. A good place for those looking for western food on Xian. The space itself was very charming although the location was a hard to find ... The taxi driver had to call the restaurant.

Having read the previous few reviews there are some good points made about this place, which made me revisit the experience I had here a while back (having tried unsuccessfully to block it out!) They are really loud and rude it's true, but it's not just that, the service is as diabolically bovine as the worst places I've been in... More

This place could be awesome, but the staff seems like they don't want to take any orders, it's so loud that you can't communicate your order anyway, and it took them 25 minutes to pour my Carlsberg - actually, they poured a glass full of head, and then scooped it out, filled it up, scooped out the head, waited, ...... From the pictures on here i'm not sure it's the same bar, from the outside it's looks very bleak but inside it's ok. Definitely not irish the restaurant has a spanish feel to it. The staff didn't speak a lot of English and were relucant to serve us as they were nervous and it took 25 minutes for our drinks... More

The first thing to do is remember that you're in Xi'an and not Shanghai or Hong Kong. Green Molly is one of the better Western bar options in town if you start with the right expectations. Although the draft beer selection is underwhelming and the drinks expensive, the food is surprisingly good. I recommend the pizza above all else. Whether... More

Arrived Saturday Night Expectant, left depressed (Bar virtually empty). Draught beer selection limited. Medium Steak arrived still riggling......... The "Green" and "Molly" were the only Irish things about the Bar.

The Salad Nicoise is superb. The pizza is outstanding. The selection of draft beer is overpriced and sadly lacking. That siad, however, its a great place to have a really good meal, and then proceed downstairs and have a few pints. The bands they have are.... interesting to say the least.

As one viewer wrote, this restaurant is overrated. The location is a bit far if you're not in the High Tech zone. We went on a Saturday night. We thought we could eat the the bar (which was empty on a Saturday night) but they said we had to eat in the restaurant upstairs. There were a few tables in... More

I went with a travelling companion to this restaurant which was a bit tough to find even with address written in Chinese! Friendly staff, though their English isn't too great. Between us, we ordered a margherita pizza and a wild mushroom rissotto - both were excellent. I had a soft drink while my friend had a chocolate milk shake -... More
