Show - excellent, Food - average

We were a little disappointed with the food - did not expect to eat dumplings all night, and after the first (free) beer, the others were quite expensive. We had a really sweet waitress who blushed terribly when we gave her a tip! Having said that, the show was wonderful - very colorful and... read more

Worth a visit for the dancing & music although the dim sum dinner is very average.

This was a music and dance show. We had dinner elsewhere (De Fang) and joined the show just before it started. The show was interesting and some of the musicians were amazing. Dancing was superb and worth seeing. We enjoyed the show which was clearly for westerners.

It is very clear that guides get a commission on every unfortunate tourist taken there. The food is terrible, the service too. The show is not as bad as the rest of the experience but I just couldn't suffer the food (and believe me: I am not picky about food).

A very nice show. And the dinner of dumplings was quite good. We were a group of two, and got sat with other couples, but was still very enjoyable.

Good to see some of the culture shows and costumes. Dumplings were pretty good too.

Dinner and show runs from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. Cost is currently 338 rmb per person ($55 Cdn). Like many tourist attractions in Xi'an, the price of the show and dinner increased in May 2012. We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner which consists of: cold appetizers (safe to eat), an seemingly endless procession of dumpling dishes and a hot pot at... More

This was a pleasant way to see and cultural show and have a meal as well. The outing was part of the tour and I am glad it was as we thoroughly enjoyed it. The dance troupe were just amazing. There are 2 levels of meal/show deal. We had the dinner and show, 500 yan, but you can just do... More
