Really enjoyed our Friday night here. Good atmosphere, with a live band playing what sounded like traditional russian music. The food was traditional as well, and plenty of vodkas to choose from. Booked over the Internet without any problem. Friendly, helpful staff.

Was here in August 2013 for dinner. Our wonderful Russian hosts helped us choose traditional dishes, which were very tasty, and interesting flavors of vodka as well. Live music and attentive servers made for a very memorable evening. Check out the interesting artifacts in the vodka museum/bar as well, it was interesting.

Zabojad in St Petersburg discovering Vodkas Flavours in the City of Catherine the Great. An unforgettable Dinner with Vassily and Co. Trying exotic Garlic and pepper Vodka while trying Russian Delicatesses. I am keeping a marvellous Memory from our time in St Petersburg. Zabojad recommands this Visit for any vodka fan as the museum Vodka Room offers loads of knowledge.

Wasn't sure what to expect with a visit to this restaurant/museum/bar. The staff were very friendly and the service was impeccable. The food was the best of our trip. My steak was one of the best I have had anywhere. My son had veal cheeks which were excellent. Portions were plentiful. The vodka museum/bar was a real experience and left... More

Nice Russian restaurant with lots of locals eating there on the Sunday afternoon we visited. Since my friend and I are a bit reluctant to eat organ meats we stuck to safe Russian foods--Borscht and Chicken Kiev. Both were great as was the bread, beer and the Baba Rhum and sorbet with Vodka that we had for dessert. Service was... More

I really liked atmosphare, it was like a timetrip to 1940's. Food (traditional russian) was good, simple and tasty, but overall not mindblowing experience. Good assortment of vodkas, but there are also other places in St. Petersburg to go if you really like to get into world of vodka. We passed the vodka museum. Overall, I can recommend.

Come here to drink the big list of Vodkas they have to offer and to eat some simple yet hearty Russian food. It's nothing spectacular, but it does hit the spot and is very comforting after walking around in the winter cold for a while.

I schlepped to find this place and not sure it was worth it. There is a restaurant and a museum which has a bar, but no bar in the restaurant, so if you just want to taste vodka you have to buy a museum ticket to get access to the bar. With the museum ticket, you have a choice of... More
