Sublime!

This was my favorite restaurant in Moscow, where I found the preparation, the quality and the accuracy as expected. The food is fine. Actually the deserts were the high point, the rest was ok, on the poshy side in terms of the presentation but taste-wise I really hoped for more, given all the hype. The price suggests it will be a unique experience, but it wasn't. The service can definitely improve, it's not how quickly the plate disappears after... More

Eat in the library if you can get a table there... fun room accompanied by harpist while dining! Caution - Arrange for a ride back to your hotel ahead of time... we finished at around 11 pm and thought we could just get a taxi but there were none. Doorman got us a "car" and the driver was going to... More

We were very happy to see the excellent service from our waiter, besides he took photos of us and the food was more than we expected. We each had a Russian degustation as they said it was small . It was not ,but we did finish it. There were 5 different plates in one. We had Beef Stroganoff, a pastry... More

Our server was great - amazingly patient with our limited understanding of Russian food and drink. The service was attentive but not overbearing. The food was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is simply gorgeous. We had a great time and will return.

The setting is amazing. It's a very popular restaurant so expect to wait for a table. It's not an uncomfortable wait though as they have a really rustic bar with locally brewed beer which is pretty good. The interior design is pretty fabulous. Almost museum worthy. I'm surprised this was just a restaurant. Once of the few places in Moscow... More

Cafe Pushkin is certainly the traditional choice when it comes to classic Russian food. Our experience was great. The ambiance, the setting, the decor all reminds you of old times when time was going slowly and people were taking time to eat and talk. We went only for traditional Russian dishes as it should be in this location. Entrees and... More

When I booked the restaurant I knew that would be expensive as hell... but there is things in life that you should not think too times to do it!! Only being there you realize how good is to be in a place where the details make the difference!!! Go and see, I cannot say much... I also paid to see... More
