“Khachapuri” is a city café with Georgian food, it is the café with food free of any complications and banalities of national symbols. Here you would find neither plastic imitations of grapes on the walls, nor bundles of garlic hanging of the ceiling, nor a thick menu draped in leather with thousands of meals, nor the Tiflis style stone stairs. But you will always find fresh food, parties with lots of fun, hospitable hosts and mountains of delicious food.

Great lunch

Super friendly waitresses. As a starter I got a cheese plate which was tasty but I head to order the bread additionally. Afterwards I enjoyed the best khachapuri I believe with a good Georgian red wine. The restaurant is not fancy and it has natural simplr touch tgough it is as well a chain... read more

On an unplanned visit we tried to get in next door but were turned away and so came here - despite being vey busy they fitted us in and promptly helped us with our order. Food was good (especially the desserts) but the restaurant was noisy - having said that most of the noise was a mix of live piano... More

The place is a little hidden gem, as it's in a side street, after going through an under-pass- not too easy to find. But it's worth looking for as the food is excellent. The place has a nice wine selection, and delicious khachipuris. The service spoke great english and was very nice. It also helps that the place is very... More

This place has a nice atmosphere, good for groups, easy to talk with your friends, menus in English, good wines and good prices. There was even a live piano player the whole time we ate. It was a lot of fun.

This restaurant was recommended by a tour guide as a good example of Georgian cuisine. I'm not sure what Georgian food is suppose to be like but we found the service and food very good. Menus are available in English and the wait staff had some knowledge of English, so we had no problem ordering. We ate outside on the... More

My favorite dishes in this cafe are dolma, khachapuri, grill meat and vegetables. It is a nice place to come with kids or to spend with friends.

I've given this restaurant a 'very good' rating because the food was genuinely delicious. However, one would not imagine that serving a table of four with their meals at roughly the same time was too much of a challenge, but it was here. There was as much as half an hour between the arrival of some of the main courses... More

Went there twice - both times great service, great food. Many choices for vegetarians, too. Only cash payment.

The restaurant was extremely busy which was testament to the food on offer. It is designed in a rustic and basic style which adds to the ambiance. We ordered a selection of traditional Georgian dishes which were well presented and offered great value. The friendly staff were extremely efficient and provided both English and Russian menus. We enjoyed sampling some... More

Really nice restaurant in a perfect location, my first experience of Georgian food and I can tell you that it wont be my last! The meat is cooked to perfection and location of the restaurant overlooking the small park feels like you could be in New York or London.
