Description: “Khachapuri” is a city café with Georgian food, it is the café with food free of any complications and banalities of national symbols. Here you would find neither plastic imitations of grapes on the walls, nor bundles of garlic hanging of the ceiling, nor a thick menu draped in leather with thousands of meals, nor the Tiflis style stone stairs. But you will always find fresh food, parties with lots of fun, hospitable hosts and mountains of delicious food.

We had been told about this place before we visited Moscow so planned an evening meal there on a recommendation. The interior and atmosphere of the restaurant are just lovely. Nice lighting and lots of cute tables and a guy playing an upright piano. Lovely! The food was excellent! We had the khachapuri with the raw egg on the top... More

English speaking waiter, very attentive, very helpful and a wonderful selection of food at a reasonable price. We paid around 2600 rubles for 3 drinks each, two starters, two mains and a dessert each. Pretty great value!

The service was quick, friendly and helpful. Food was perfect and favorful. Home made lemonades were outstanding. Center of Moscow --- very very fair prices. Good assortment of wines. A new favorite spot to take and surprise friends.

Loved this place because of the food and ambiance. They had a piano player doing covers of modern music (Queen etc during dinner). I'm not an expert on Georgian food but they served tasty, different meals. E.g. Meat balls with pomegranate sauce. Our waitress was patient as we communicated in basic Russian/English and mimed what we wanted to order.

One has to look for this place - I walked straight by on my first run. The restaurant is tucked away next to a pretty little park with fountains off Kutuzovsky Prospekt. Though I didn't have a reservation, I was accommodated. I was slightly annoyed they don't offer "basturma", a dried, spiced Georgian meat, but what they did have was... More

You have to get one of the lemonades if you go here and of course the khachapuri! Reasonably priced. Dumplings were excellent too. English menu!

'Khachapuri' is the name of both this cafe/ bistro and the Georgian flat bread. The cafe offers both courtyard seating and dining in the eclectic interior. Do note that business lunch sets are only served indoors, and these are really good value for money but exclude some of the more expensive mains. The proficiency of English varies here but quite... It's the best place in Moscow to try out Georgian food. Prices are affordable, stuff is simply great, and don't miss their famous khachapuris, it's fantastic! It gets overcrowded on weekends and friday's evenings, but still worth a visit. Tolik the sheep is one adorable animal you can even touch and talk to there.. that sheep is travelling from place...
