Expensive but nice restaurant on walking distance from TCUM shopping mall. Was invited by my friends and the night was absolutely great! Seafood dish I ordered was amazing! Interior was even more than amazing!

Fabulous, An incredible experience of gastronomic proportion. This restaurant gorgeous, romantic and the food to die for. Service was impeccable and very European as was to be expected. Beautiful room and lighting and the art work exquisite!. If ever in Moscow it is a must. Quite expensive to say the least but something! something! as my father would say. Very special.

The dining room at Cafe Bolshoi is beautiful. The service is impeccable, the food is decent, not great. The white wine we ordered was served warm, which seems to be quite common throughout Moscow when we were there, as was the mineral water. But a good experience at a convenient location.

Absolutely brilliant.....the service, the atmosphere and of course, the food, all great...I am quite fussy when it comes to eating out but praise when it is due, this was really a highlight of my visit to Russia...not cheap, but worth it...they even have a free limo transfer back to local hotels...ten out of ten:)

Ate here as an anniversary treat. Lovely service, very elegant surroundings and decent menu. We opted for the set menu which included a glass of wine (having feinted when we saw the prices for a bottle - nothing under £100!!!). Service was good, if a little hurried, but the waiter reminding us that service wasn't included at the end felt... More

After our theatre outing, we walked to the Bolshoi cafe near the theatre for a Russian treat - and a treat it was. Some good wine, and a taste of the local mince meat dish and steak. It is surely worth a visit.

Food was completely average!! We went one night at 9:30 pm and there was a baby sitting next to us who wouldn't stop crying and when we asked the waiter for another table he said every table was reserved, when the baby became unbearable I complained to the main waitress and she moved us to a better table; to the... We visited the Bolshoi restaurant expecting to spend a lot and our bill for two people was almost £200. We did not drink wine as it was so expensive - instead we had a cocktail each and a small bottle of water, and tea/coffee. We ordered too much food as we had two side dishes. We were asked to leave... More
