Visited here on our last night in Moscow. Nice restaurant with an extensive menu. A bit pricey but in terms of Moscow prices I'd say it was good value. The service was a bit on the slow side but we found this to be the case in most places we visited during our stay here so it wasn't a big... read more

Empty restaurant. Service in english. Near the red square and kremlin. Tasty meal. Surprised at the end when we discover that the water price was equal to the main course.

The worst restaurant in Russia, terrible service and bland food, let your money elsewhere. Attention to the fat guy guarding the coats, it can get rough easily.

A must-visit restaurant for natives and foreigners! Right next to the Red Square, it completes the nice impression of Russian culture and cuisine. Service is on a high level. Food is very tasty. You can taste pelmeni (dumplings), pirozhki (pies), kholodec (broth gelee), kievskaya kotleta (cordon blue) and drink a Mors (a drink of various berries). Not a cheap restaurant... More

We entered this restaurant because of its location. It looked nice but was the worst place in which we dinned during our whole trip to Russia. I suppose its just a touristic place. The crab salad was terrible, your really had to look for the crab meat, it was more of a vegetable salad mixed with some sort of mayonaise... More

I went here three times on My 8 day trip to Moscow. It was centrally located right near the Red Square and right beside the metro. The chicken and cheese filled pancake (crepe) appetizer made for a great meal. I also tried the borshe, chicken kiev and some other things and everything was quite tasty. I found the prices fine... We selebrated birthday. Though location is absolutely touristic -in the heart of the city, 50 meters from Kremlin walls, the place is pretty good. Service was accurate and unostentatious. Rich choice of menu, authentic russian cuisine. Prices higher than average, that is why only some tables were occupied. But special birthday disount makes menu more attractive. As a native moscovite... More

Went here for our "Farewell Moscow lunch". Children loved it and the menu was wonderful and very authentic. Food tasted good, and the waiter made a great effort to recommend dishes and vodkas and beers that reflected Russian fayre. Loved it and if I were back in Moscow the kids would want to go back too. Reasonably priced too for... More

The Old Tower restaurant located in the red square looks very touristic but surprisingly the food was excellent and the diners were locals. The restaurant looks like a movie set but the food was typical russian and the service was very good, the advises of the waiter were very helpfull. The restaurant is great too bad it looks like a...
