Traditional fare very tasty

Very tasty food, it s fusion but with a traditional taste. Its cozy to join friends, not too expensive and quiet. Recommend ordering to share

That's one of the many restaurants belonging to "Novikov Group". It is a fusion with a bit of Azerbaijani flavor. Service, food quality and location are perfect.

Really couldn't fault this place. Good and service were both excellent. Wasn't super cheap but definitely wasn't expensive by Moscow standards. We ate here on our first night in Moscow and were so impressed that we are definitely planning on going back there. Would happily recommend to all.

Went to Barashka to have dinner. It was amazing! The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, it was a very pleasant dinner experience. It's also the first restaurant i visited in Moscow that marked vegetarian dishes, so you don't have to check the whole menu. You should definitely try tge Hummus and the salads, it was amazing! Totally worth the... More

Have been attracted back for the second time. High quality food and services. Loved the cozy decor as well. This time I got the English speaking wait stuff which made my ordering much easier. Complementary hot Tea with dried plum and the fresh backed bread were awesome. I'm obessed with the lamb and dill so I got the lamb with... More

A very nice and cozy restaurant in good location. The service is very polite and efficient. The cuisine is somewhere between Azeri and European, well-prepared and tasty, although a little bit heavy in my point of view. Lovely interiors are the main forte of the place. I especially loved an impromptu organic food market on the first floor, as well... More

This restaurant is a firm favourite. Nice atmosphere, intimate feel without the tables being too close together. Food is very good. The baku tomato and home made cheese salad with fresh herbs deserves special mention. Absolutely delicious. The khatchapuri too is very good and extremely decadent. Two thumbs up!

Stephen Colbert once quipped that he couldn't decide between Italian and Chinese, so he split the difference and ordered Azerbaijani food. Well, just a short stroll from Moscow's famed Bolshoi Theatre, this conflicted New Yorker would have found his prize in Barashka. As a first-time diner of Azerbaijani cuisine, it is strange to say this, but I felt as if... More
