Truly number 1 on my list

For those who love Filipino dishes, this place is very much recommended. I personally enjoyed their kilawin, grilled blue marlin, grilled squid and and scallops.

Namit!!! Saboroso!!! One of the best native restaurants in the country! I won't trade the taste of Aboy's native foods for any other native eateries in the Philippines.

It is without doubt... More

Aboy's is always a must for me when visiting Bacolod City! No wonder it is included in Asia's Top 500 Finest Restaurants by The Miele Guide 2013. I highly recommend their grilled seafoods (scallops, blue marlin and squid), mushroom and laing. And to make the dining experience equally memorable is the warm and very attentive service of the staff. I... More

This should be the standard for the quintessential Filipino food meal. Simple fare, prepared perfectly. Fresh local ingredients, all cooked to perfection. Flavors were off the charts, food was served hot and dished out quickly, all ready for sharing. The staff were delightful. Happy, attentive and with a great understanding of what service means. All of them were smiling and... More
